The amount of money that could be gained from Rob depended on how much he would be able to achieve so it would not be missed as much as what Richard could bring to the boss.
While it would be annoying to lose Rob and there would be risks involved with him getting away, the boss just needed to have his people keep searching for him and he would not be lenient toward him the moment that he would be captured.
It was like everything was already in the palm of his hands and that there was little room for error.
Even if there was the slightest error, it was not something that would cause him a large amount of problems for him.
The only thing that he needed to worry about most was the possibility of anyone ever betraying him and having ideas for themselves that they could take what belonged to the boss.
