Sloane had been a part of a group of his own during his days in the countryside so he had some experience as a Balancer and how things were usually done.
He had to make adjustments when he moved to the Capital, especially during tasks given where he had to work with others.
The main difference between the Capital and his previous home that he learned was how many smaller tasks were usually delegated to others to handle.
Balancers were usually never the ones to do most of the smaller work where they would have to look into various cases themselves.
A lot of Balancers were quite used to how things worked that way as Watchers carried out all of the preparations.
It was like most Balancers did almost nothing and had too much free time until the moment that they were called out and prepared for the task they would be given.
Everything they would be told would have been prepared by the Watchers in advance.
