Nathan Williams was getting ready to attend the International Mafia Conference. It would be held in the Conference Hall under Titans.
Nathan Williams and Ethan Kennedy were new Mafia Bosses of their respective gangs. Both of them were married and it'd been almost five years since they'd been made Bosses of their respective gangs.
It was then decided by the ex-Bosses of Born Killers and Titans in the last conference, that the two gangs would come together to form a bigger, more powerful, and more dangerous gang.
Grandpa Kennedy had died a year before this conference, which Nathan Williams was attending, was held. The two gangs had tried to collaborate but due to spies and others, they couldn't build trust and it eventually led to the murder and demolition of Titans.
