"I will go to the circus tomorrow to keep an eye on them," she said, "that is if they are there."
Cleopatra thought for a while and then shook her head afterward. "No. Do not follow them tomorrow." She will go herself tomorrow, and if Levina shows up with Draven, then that means war between her and Levina. A war that she is sure to win.
"I need you to continue with what you are doing, and you will continue to be rewarded…"
"Rewarded for what?" Lucien's voice boomed from behind them.
Startled, Dreja took a few steps backward and then bowed her head, while Cleopatra immediately flashed a bright smile to cover up her surprise. "Eavesdropping, are we?" she asked.
"I have better things to do, Cleo," he said and glanced at Dreja. "Who are you?" he asked.
"Dreja, my lord," she curtsied with her eyes never leaving the ground.
"You can go now," Cleopatra said, waving her hand dismissively. Dreja scampered away almost immediately.
