"I want you." His words replayed in her head like a broken record, and the same words made her giddy and tickled her senses. He didn't have to say it for her to know; she could see just how badly he wanted her from the way he looked at her, how hot and fast his breath was, and how his hands trembled behind her back.
She wanted him too, just as much as he wanted her. She wanted him in ways that were wrong for her, ways that she never imagined she could want a man.
But what they were doing was wrong; she knew that deep in her heart. So why then did it feel so right? More importantly, why did it have to feel this good?
She swallowed hard, forcing her eyes open to look at him. The intensity of his gaze made her shudder. Her gaze fell on his lips; they were swollen and gleamed under the light.
Tentatively, she stood on the tip of her toe and leaned in to kiss him again. But to her utmost disappointment, he caught her shoulder and held her in place.
