Said Rica as she looks at the destroyed city in front of her where a skyscraper were used for the dragon to build a nest
and Demons, Elves, Dwarfs, Giants as the bigger factions fought against each other and killed most Humans on their way
but the awakening of the first Human brought the fight to a new level where human have only one Stronghold and fight for their existence.
That is the Stronghold they spawn in and saw an old sign

the people couldn't help but freeze in shock
"We were teleported to a fragment of the past"
Kim Yong said to get all their attention
'And the first trial Hope the hardest of the three as the other two are commitment and affinity/talent'
He keeps that to himself, as all trials would play in this fragment of the past, and they need to be quick.
One thing made Kim Yong confuse as the City name was Halgel City and not Halge City
but the Lady definitely said Halge City so Kim Yong turn to Rica
"What was the Name you heard from the Lady as we arrived on the town?"
Rica looks at him confused and sceptical
"Halgel City as the Name of the stronghold here"
!!!!! Kim Yong didn't understand the Name right, but that cant be as it was proven in his previous life that his brain can accept all knowledge perfectly and his ears are on the sensitive side so he must hear it correctly
"What is the name of your City?"
He asked, not sure if he would get a Response from them
"Halgel City"
said all of them in unison and Kim Yong's doubt is growing even more, but he didn't Show it and look at the entrance where the sign was
"sorry for the question, I heard it wrong and thought of another City"
he pointed at the sign and says
"we need to go in the Stronghold and help the people inside"
after saying that, he point his finger on the battlefield behind them
"then we need to defeat the demons and create an alliance with the Elves and the dwarfs"
Kim Yong is saying that because he was Sure they need to defy the past in order to get the Manuals.
"Is that really all the things we need to do?"
Ask an average looking man with brown eyes, hazelnut coloured hair and a beard that suit his brown Armour and his height isn't smaller as Kim Yong, but he is bulkier with his muscles underneath his Armour
"Do you want to do more things as an example to fight a dragon or get them on our side, or we built a new City and defend it against million of enemies?"
Kim Yong look at him and the guy realize his mistake in his thoughts as they were all long term solution, but this isn't a real world, it is a fragment of the past.
"Reinhart I don't tell you to do nothing more at all but my plan is the one with the lowest mortality rate if the plan works"
Kim Yong pat Reinhart shoulder as to remind him that if he dies here it is over for him and goes to the gate in front of them.

a bell chimed in the sky as a Person with one black eye and one multicoloured eye look down on them and exuded a Intimidating Pressure
"Who are you?"
ask the mysterious man with the pressure bearing down on them and as Rica tries to utilize her domain, the pressure intensified and reach the A rank Level that slam all of them on the ground
"Dont try anything funny in my Domain"
his multicoloured eye shine brighter and a flow of Mana was seen that come out of his eye
as a lady arise behind him and manifest above his eye with wrecked clothes that have a hood on it so you can't see too much but one feature left Kim Yong suspicious.
`She has pointy ears and looks like the goddess of nature in the textbooks`
"Elf"
Kim Yong said that and the pressure disappeared as it wasn't there for a minute and crush them
"how did you see her?"
Asked the man, arriving a nanosecond ahead of him, but Kim Yong doesn't understand him as he thought one thing

Kim Yong collected himself and answered after 10 seconds, which felt for the man like an eternity
"I could see her because she came out of your eye in a transparent tone and looked at me with a happy expression"
Rica step in and tried to attack him, but it failed miserably as she was kicked in the stomach and flew in the building next to them

Kim Yong cancelled his Focus as he was angry enough to talk with a monkey who is insane and doesn't seem to want to be on friendly terms.
As his scythe shone in existence, the man look at it and tried to hit his weapon

Kim Yong blink behind him and slash with his scythe in the direction of his neck, but he evades the slash with a duck and again try to hit his weapon, and it connected, but Kim Yong let him as his weapon was coated in the little dark Energy he can use.

blood shot out of the mysterious man's hand or what was left from his arm, but that loss made the mysterious man calm down or awake from his narcosis as his eyes regain their original lustre
"WHAT THe hell"
The man raise his voice but drop his voice after he looks at all of us, and suddenly he got a headache that last for 15 minutes.
"I see, so you are the new challenger of the dungeon after we-"
he got cut off by the fragment and knew now what is going on as he looks at the distance and inspect his body
Kim Yong didn't let the opportunity slide

....nothing happened as his mind was in a state of pain and his body lose power again

Said the man that took his hood up and show his face that has a v looking chin and a scar that stretch through his whole face to his more coloured eye and has brown hair.
Kim Yong and the other are confused as he knew this was a trial, but before they could understand things that man politely bow
"I'm sorry for the inconveniences, but I was in a trance like state that made me act like I was originally born here."
Kim Yong ask him directly after he spoke to an end
"What is your name and rank?"
The man doesn't mind his missing arm and hold his remaining arm in a friendly manner to Kim Yong
"pleasure to meet you I am Masukino Sukerio and an A rank hunter from Japan"
Kim Yong shook his hand and proceed to take the initiative and whisper with him
"I understand come in also I will treat her and for the complications i am sorry"

Sukerio doesnt mind to speak his thought out loud as it left room to discuss that topic but Kim Yong goes in the room first where they laid Rica on a bed and all sit down in the room

as you only saw his two blue eyes and blue hair it was natural to assume he hides something
but he grew up as an Assassin so he hides normally all his features but Kim Yong persuade him into wearing a half covering face mask.

Kim yong cross his legs and thought for a moment after he look up everyone was tense and nervous as he look could and extremly in thoughts or as a ruler who calculates his chances of winning.

as it was build out of white stone that has high Mana density and the glas that seem to look black but is transparent while a person can control it and the perfect looking gras in the yard the same as this medical center because they look much like their structures in the original World 150 years in the future where a lot of resources come from other planets or dimensions(Gates) that are destroyed but no one knows why.
"but the buildings here are a little more advance than ours"
he murmble once he turn around all look at him with an expectant look than he speak up
