Chapter 48 - Status of S Class Students

Elmer looked at his status.

[Name: Elmer Atkinson]

[Bloodline: Mythril]

[Innate Skill: Sword God]

[Skills: Master Swordsmanship, Advanced Movement, Advanced Unarmed Combat, Intermediate Four Elements, Intermediate Thunder Element]

[Spells: Fire Ball, Thunder Spark, Water Shield, Fire Slash, Earth Escape, Fire Sword, Earth Sword, Water Sword, Wind Sword, Thunder Sword, Five Element Sword]

[Rank: 2nd High Grade]

"I'm only a little away from the 1st Rank. My swordsmanship reached the Master level, but I can't reach Grandmaster without becoming F Rank. If anything, I should focus on Intermediate Four Element and Intermediate Thunder Element, make them Advanced level," Elmer muttered to himself.

Beside him was Alaric, who was also looking at his own status.

[Name: Alaric Silverwood]

[Bloodline: Darknight Wolf - 59% Awakened]

[Skills: Master Fistfighting, Advanced Movement Techniques, Advanced Dark Elements]

[Spells: Darknight Vision, Darknight Glow, Darknight Fist, Dark Ball, Dark Flame]

[Rank: 1st Low Grade]

There was no change in his status, but Alaric could feel that he had become stronger. However, he felt that he needed some skills and a perfect situation that would simulate his bloodline to break through the 60% awakening.

"Alaric, how about you teach me Dark Element, and I will teach you Thunder Element?" Elmer suddenly said.

"Hm... Okay, but teach me Unarmed Combat as well," Alaric said after some thought.

"Done."

"By the way, what is this Hundred Orb?" Alaric asked as he stretched his arms. He hadn't paid attention to the class or teacher talking, so he didn't know. Now that they had killed all the monsters in their area, they were free to walk to the center region of the dungeon where they could find the Hundred Orb. So he asked.

"It's an orb that will help you advance any one of your skills. If you use that Hundred Orb, then you can break through your bloodline bottleneck or use it on a skill to promote the skill."

"Oh, this is a very useful thing!" Alaric was surprised to hear that such a thing existed in this world.

"Of course, but the master said that there are only two in this dungeon at the center region, so hurry up and get them before any other team," Elmer said as he picked up the pace.

Alaric also started running behind him.

[Name: Ava Uruys]

[Bloodline: Iron]

[Innate Skill: Water Elements]

[Skills: Master Water Elements, Intermediate Movement, Intermediate Unarmed Combat, Intermediate Sabermanship]

[Spells: Water Whirlpool, Water Shield, Aqua Jet, Waterfall, Water Saber]

[Spirit: Aegir: Faint Connection]

[Rank: 2nd Mid Grade]

"I still can't connect with the Spirit, but my Sabermanship and Unarmed Combat have improved. I also acquired the Water Saber spell," Ava said as she stood covered in blood. "What I need to do now is find a way to connect with the Spirit. If the teacher had placed a Spirit Orb instead of a Hundred Orb..." Ava shook her head.

[Name: Eri Hostword]

[Bloodline: Mythrill]

[Innate Skill: Heart Reader]

[Skills: Master Knifemanship, Advanced Movement, Intermediate Palm Style, Intermediate Earth Element, Basic Hypnosis]

[Spells: Earth Escape, Earth Golem, Earth Mud, Earth Shield, Hypnosis]

[Rank: 2nd Mid Grade]

Eri sucked in her cheeks as she looked at her status. In this battle, she used her innate skill to confuse monsters, making them attack each other, which resulted in her learning a new skill, Hypnosis.

"I should learn more about this hypnosis," Eri thought as she closed her status window and felt Ava's envious gaze on her.

"Why aren't you covered in blood?" Ava asked in envy.

"Oh... well, you can just wash yourself, right?" Eri said.

"I can't. These bloodstains are stuck to my uniform. To wash them, I have to take off my clothes and wash them," Ava shook her head and said.

"Then take them off and wash them. Anyway, all the monsters are dead, and I'm a girl," Eri's cheeks flushed as she said.

"We can't afford to do that. Let's go and get that Hundred Orb," Ava said and started running toward the center region.

[Name: Yumi]

[Bloodline: Iron Grade]

[Innate Skill: Devil's Daughter]

[Skills: Master Scavenger, Intermediate Fistfighting, Advanced Movement, Intermediate Fire Elements]

[Spells: Fireball, Fireburst]

[Grade: Low 4th Grade]

Yumi didn't have much trouble fighting against the monsters. The monsters she encountered were challenging but also manageable. They were balanced-level monsters that helped her develop the Advanced Movement Techniques and Intermediate Fire Element.

However, one thing she didn't like was her clothes. She looked at her sleeves, which were burnt and made her arms look like charcoal. It was fortunate that only the clothes around her arms were burnt. It was her mistake that led to her sleeves burning.

On the other hand, she looked at Yuri, the princess of Elmora Kingdom. Yuri had long blond hair and was wearing a black dress that didn't have a single speck of dust. She stood there among the bloody corpses of monsters without a hint of any blood on her dress. Her blue eyes were focused on empty space.

Yuri was looking at her status, and she frowned.

[Name: Yuri]

[Bloodline: Gold Grade]

[Innate Skill: Angel's Daughter]

[Skills: Advanced Four Elements, Advanced Movement, Intermediate Thunder Elements, Basic Poison Element, Basic Shadow Elements]

[Spells: Four Elements Ball, Four Elements Barrier, Four Elements Rain, Thunderbolt, Shadowstep, Fire Ball, Water Jet, Mud Wall, Wind Body, Two Element Cleaning]

[Grade: High 3rd Grade]

"Why is this so difficult? Just what is lacking?" Yuri muttered to herself and sighed.

"Yuri..." Yumi was bit shy but she spoke, "Let's go." Yumi walked over to Yuri. However, before Yumi could get close to her, Yuri stopped her.

"Stop there. I don't like the blood on your clothes, so just maintain some distance," Yuri said, feeling disgusted by the blood. She had put a lot of effort into learning Two Element Cleaning, which cleaned her body whenever a drop of blood splattered on her dress. She had also learned the barrier spell just so she could maintain a distance between herself and the monsters.

"Oh, sorry," Yumi apologized and asked.

"Hm," Yuri nodded her head, "Let's go," and the two of them proceeded toward the center region.
