I was walking behind Kitsuneia, and soon we reached the central region. The central region wasn't much different from any other part of the dungeon.
It was only flat land in red color, and the sky was black, but it was still possible to see in the darkness. In the central region, Kitsuneia and I saw a woman and two men beside a giant monster skeleton.
Before I could say anything, I found myself in a bubble, and Kitsuneia ran ahead to fight against those three.
"Damn it, I couldn't do anything if she trapped me in this bubble," I said in a frustrated tone. However, I was amazed by Kitsuneia's quick judgment and quickly went ahead to face the enemy while she also used some energy to protect me.
Those three were Willow, Finn, and Lester. Running away from them was the same as death, so choosing to fight against them was the best action, and from what I knew, Elmer and Alaric should be coming soon.
Kitsuneia's nine tails released from her back, her fox ears popped on her head, and a sword appeared in her hand. She waved her sword at those three, and waves of thunder energy shot out from her sword at extreme speed, hitting Finn with crackling energy.
Lester and Willow had already dodged the thunder attack, but Finn's speed wasn't good, and he got hit by thunder. However, he wasn't much injured and soon displayed a protective barrier around himself. The same went for Willow and Lester. They had a barrier around their bodies that was invincible to normal eyes, but Kitsuneia's eyes weren't normal.
She saw the invincible barrier that protected these three, but there were some gaps in the barrier. As their rank was suppressed in this dungeon, they couldn't fully cover themselves. Kitsuneia jumped in the air and positioned herself between these three.
Ugly and black wings appeared behind her back; the wings' feathers fell out in patches, making them appear ugly. But appearance didn't matter as the wings flapped, and a gust of wind covered the whole place in dust, making it difficult to see in this battlefield.
Even though the place was covered in dust, the sound of thunder crackling, the heat of fire spreading, and water making the environment moist all happened in the dusty-filled place.
"She is way too good," Willow muttered as she was out of the battlefield and looked at Kitsuneia, Finn, and Lester fighting.
She turned her head behind and saw two handsome men, one with a warm and spring-like breeze feeling and the other full of devilish charm. Willow smiled, "Sons of the strongest Duke, it's great."
She dropped her words and appeared beside Elmer, extended her palm, and her nails grew long and dark. Before she could dig her nails into Elmer's neck, Elmer disappeared, and she saw Alaric's fist covered in dark mana; it hit her face, and she was sent flying.
However, she managed to stabilize herself, but Elmer, with his sword, appeared and slashed at her face, leaving a long scar as blood trickled down. Willow smiled, "Great, that's how it should be."
Willow let out mana outside of her body, and the mana turned dark as it covered her, protecting her. Willow's whole body was covered in dark mana as she turned her gaze toward Alaric.
"A dark element user, Alaric Sliverwood, the son of the Sliverwood Tribe," Willow muttered. She felt good, and looking at Elmer, she felt even greater.
She saw Alaric's fist and Elmer's sword coming at her, but she evaded without difficulty and used her long nails to try to dig into Elmer's heart. However, Elmer moved his body, and she ended up digging into his arms.
She decided to swipe her nails, but Alaric came near her, and she had no choice but to retract her nails and turned her hand into a monstrous head with long and dangerous fangs. She moved to bite Alaric's head.
Suddenly, she felt dizzy and lost control of her body for a moment. In that moment, Elmer's sword and Alaric's dark flame rushed at her head and arms. She couldn't control her body and was hit by those attacks. The dark flame burnt her face and hair, and the sword cut off her hand that had turned into a monstrous head.
When she was able to regain control of her body, she had already lost her hand, and her face was burnt. She turned her eyes and saw a little girl in one corner.
"Eri Hostword, Heart Reader... I let my guard down," Willow jumped away from Elmer and Alaric. She saw four more students coming here, then turned her eyes and saw Kitsuneia was able to hold on against Finn and Lester.
"Kitsuneia, if she grows up, she will surely become a god," Willow muttered and then disappeared.
Finn and Lester, who were fighting against Kitsuneia, also disappeared.
---
I looked at Willow, Finn, and Lester, who disappeared, and thought that this battle ended way too soon. If I remembered correctly, this battle continued until every S-Class student was seriously injured.
However, the battle ended way too soon. In the novel, Kitsuneia rushed into the central region first, battling against Willow, Finn, and Lester for a whole day. Then, Ava and Elmer came to support her. Ava got injured after a few rounds of battle, and Elmer had to protect her as he also got injured. Afterward, one by one, others joined the battle.
However, this time Kitsuneia was in top condition when Elmer and Alaric came to support her. Alaric and Elmer were strong enough to fight against Willow, but somehow Eri was able to upgrade her Heart Reader powers. This led to Willow being unable to respond for a moment, and in that moment, the whole battle turned around.
Well, at least this was the end, and now I could get that Hundred Orb. Although the teacher had said that there were only two Hundred Orbs, in reality, there were 13 Hundred Orbs for everyone. Since in the novel, the teacher put a Hundred Orb for everyone, then in this world, the teacher must have put a Hundred Orb for everyone.
