Welfina is very knowledgeable about how things work here, after staying in the Town of Knowledge for so long, that is.
[How did she even get here in the first place? It doesn't look like she paid anything to enter the Tower of Yaman. I mean, she can't carry anything with her size.] Of course, I'm not discriminating against how small she is. This is just my observation.
To grasp the information better, we sat in a park where we can rest and talk. Surprisingly, this Town resembled any 21st century town I have learned of in history.
