Chapter 4 - Chapter 04. I am Not Violla

Because of this, Erik didn't give up and continued his investigation without police interference, using the power and connections left by his adoptive brother. He investigated without Mr. Stefan's wife's knowledge. And just a few weeks ago, he found out that the mastermind behind the accident was Mr. Stefan's wife.

Since then, his assessment of the woman had changed.

"Miss Violla... You have to wake up. You are the sole heir of the Anderson family. You cannot continue to be in this condition forever. It's been too long. I miss your smile, I miss your childish attitude. Wake up soon, Miss," Erik muttered while taking a deep breath.

The fine lines on his face indicated that he was carrying a heavy burden.

Feeling his throat very hoarse, Erik grabbed a bottle of mineral water lying on the floor. It was still sealed and not yet opened.

He had just realized that his stomach had not been filled since the previous night. His stomach was growling, asking to be filled immediately.

Again, Erik took a rough breath. He took a few sips of water and then put the bottle on the table right next to the stretcher. He observed Miss Violla's face closely. Her face was very calm as if she had no burden at all.

Until now, Erik was still confused. Indeed, he was hoping that Miss Violla would wake up from her coma, but on the other hand, he was afraid of facing her when she asked about her father. What answer should he give?

Telling her that her father died in the accident was something he felt unable to do.

"Miss... forgive me." Erik always said the same sentence when visiting Miss Violla. He was always asking for forgiveness for mistakes he didn't make. Maybe it was because of the pity he felt for what happened to Stefan and his daughter.

"It seems like I need some food to fill my stomach," murmured Erik as he glanced at his watch. He had to go to the office in the morning.

"I want to go out for a moment. I will be back later. I hope you're awake when I come back, Miss Violla," he said, kissing the girl's forehead lovingly.

As soon as the door was closed, the girl, who pretended to be unconscious, slowly opened her eyes.

"Violla? Who is Violla?" she murmured, her voice hoarse, and her throat felt very dry as if she had not spoken for a very long time.

Taking a sitting position, the girl quickly grabbed a bottle nearby. However, her movement stopped when a tingling sensation ran through her arm to her shoulder.

"Ah..." She winced. For the first time in her life, she felt this feeling. She felt that her body was very stiff to move. Even grabbing the bottle nearby, she felt it was very difficult.

With great difficulty, she finally managed to reach for the object and drink its contents. Soon, the refreshing feeling flowed through her throat, which made her breathe a sigh of relief.

"I'm still thirsty..." she murmured with a pouty face because the bottle in her hand was already empty.

"VIOLLA ANETTE ANDERSON..."

"AGE : 19 years old..."

"GENDER : ..." Her eyes were fixed on a sign at the end of the Brankar. It provided very clear information that someone in the Brankar was Violla, which meant she was herself.

"I'm Starla. Not Violla..." she protested to herself. People had been calling her Violla since earlier. Were they crazy? Throughout the Alpha Centauri kingdom, everyone knew her very well. Her name was known by all the inhabitants of the Alpha Centauri kingdom without exception.

"I think they're crazy. Look, when I'm back to normal, I will report it to the king."

"And... What did the man do earlier? Kissing me as he pleased, it was very disgusting," the girl rubbed her forehead with great difficulty as if she was trying to remove the man's lips' traces.

All those small actions made her feel extremely tired, and even her forehead began to sweat small droplets.

"What happened? Where is this?" Just after saying that, she felt a shock in her body, reminding her of her belongings.

"My necklace..." The girl hurriedly got off the stretcher but once again stopped due to the pain and cramps that filled part of her body, especially in her joints.

"This is so frustrating. What have those strange people done to my body that makes it difficult to move like this?" A harsh breath escaped her dry lips. Her facial expression clearly showed that she was very annoyed.

"Orion... Alhena... Aldebaran... where are you? Leaving me alone here? Just wait, I'll hit you when I see you. You are so brave to leave this beautiful princess alone here, huh? It seems like you're looking for death." The girl kept cursing her friends while removing the infusion tube still attached to her hand.

She looked around the room. "I just found out that there is a room like this in the kingdom. It's very strange."

Just as she stood up, a feeling of dizziness hit her head, almost causing her to fall. Fortunately, she quickly grabbed the nearby chair.

She wanted to scream. This was so uncomfortable. But she had to move quickly to find her necklace. She was sure that it was in a place not far from her.

"I have to find it before that strange man comes back," she murmured as she felt the dizziness gradually disappearing.

It took about ten minutes to reach the door of the room. Some parts of her clothes were wet with sweat. It was the first time she had experienced such an unpleasant feeling that filled her body.

Standing at the door, the atmosphere was not too crowded. Some women dressed strangely walked quickly, while others ran as if in a hurry.

"They're so strange. Where is this?" The girl began to feel uneasy about everything that was happening around her.

"Is this still in the Alpha Centauri kingdom?" She wondered to herself. The temperature, atmosphere, and people she met were all very strange to her. The clothes that the people were wearing were also strange; none of the residents of the kingdom wore clothes like that.

With a very stiff movement, the girl left the room and walked towards a place where her necklace was located, a place she knew nothing about. She wasn't afraid, only one thing burdened her mind right now: her necklace.

Whatever happened, she had to find her necklace, even if it meant risking her life.

Her heart was pounding, and the signal of her necklace led her to an emergency staircase leading to the upper floor. She looked up and found hundreds of stairs spiraling like a snake.

With her current condition, she couldn't reach the top of the stairs.

"Isn't there another way to get there?" She thought to herself as she moved away.

When the girl arrived in front of an elevator, her smile expanded. It only took a few minutes, and she already knew that the small room could take her to a different floor.
