Maya watched as her cousin glared at her, like everyone else, Gary Miller and the Miller family were not without their secrets.
Her father and uncle didn't know that Maya was well aware of the information they had been trying so desperately to hide. Unfortunately for them, it seems that Gary managed to piss off the wrong person.
"Till your grandfather hears about this mess and summons us all to his office," Harold said as he placed a hand on his son's shoulder, diverting the attention.
"Why would grandfather call me and my father in as well?" Maya asked as she raised an eyebrow at her uncle. "This is Gary's mess, only Gary should be held accountable for it."
"Don't you dare pretend that you had nothing to do about this or that there is nothing you can do about it!" Gary raised his voice at Maya, making his father grip his shoulder tighter.
Maya smiled, she knew that her uncle didn't want to piss her off.
