Chapter 7 - Rising to the Challenge

Raden Wakes up in a place that was once Unrecognizable to him. He was still not properly unconscious as he was trying to open he sees Glidart's tending his wound. He eases ups and rests his body. He then later wakes up and tells the old man about what happened.

After a week Raden had recovered and was ready to go through the old man's wings. The old man then teaches him the basics of Martial Arts. Raden was asked to run an enormous distance as his warmup. He was taught the basics of Alchemy and the Basics of Fighting.

It was not easy for Raden to learn Alchemy. Alchemy is a complex field that requires a deep understanding of magical energies and their interactions with various materials. The fact that Raden was able to use magic despite not having a magic core is indeed surprising and impressive. It is possible that he had a natural talent for manipulating magical energies without the need for a core, or he may have found other ways to harness magic.

To become an alchemist, Raden would need to continue his studies and practice his skills. He could seek out mentors and experts in the field to learn from and read books and research materials to deepen his knowledge. He could also experiment with different materials and techniques to discover new ways of using magic in his alchemy.

Raden's dedication to his training was truly impressive. Despite the intense physical strain of swinging a sword larger and heavier than himself 1000 times a day, he pushed through the pain and continued to practice every day. He knew that to become a skilled warrior, he needed to build strength, endurance, and muscle memory, and he was willing to do whatever it took to achieve his goals.

The old man who was training Raden was amazed at his perseverance and discipline. He had seen many young warriors give up when faced with such a grueling training regimen, but Raden was different. He took the pain and exhaustion as a challenge, as an opportunity to push himself to his limits and beyond.

And so, day after day, Raden swung his sword in the rain, storms, scorching sun, and even in the cold. He would not be deterred by any obstacle or setback, but instead used them as motivation to work harder and become stronger.

After 6 months of Training Raden was asked to Manipulate and Transform a boulder into a sword using Alchemy. To Gilda rt's shocker, Raden was capable of using Alchemy and Magic without chanting spells. He had the talent to become an A-class Mage without possessing A magic core.

The old man teaches him Spells chants, and the Proper way to wield a Weapon. Complex mechanics of Guns and machinery. Raden thinks he is now capable. Tries to move an enormous boulder but to his surprise, he was not even able to move a little portion of it. He was devastated seeing himself so pathetic and thought all his Hard work was in vain.

He had to train his body to a great extent. Due to his poor physique and not possessing a magic core he had to train harder than a normal warrior and even had to.

Raden's journey toward becoming a warrior was not without its challenges. One of the biggest obstacles he had to overcome was his trauma and fear. He had experienced many difficult and painful moments in his past that had left deep scars, but he knew that he could not let these hold him back from achieving his goals.

Under the guidance of Gildarts, Raden trained tirelessly to improve his skills and mastery of magic. He spent long hours in the forest, practicing advanced-level spells and honing his abilities. Despite his progress, however, he still struggled with the fear and anxiety that had plagued him for so long.

One day, while training in the forest, Raden and Gildarts were suddenly attacked by a massive bear. The creature was over 9 feet tall, with sharp claws and teeth that glinted in the sunlight. Gildarts stood behind Raden, ready to defend them both, but to his surprise, Raden simply stared at the bear with intense concentration.

As the bear charged towards them, Raden began to channel his magic. He focused all his energy and willpower on the spell, calling upon the ancient forces of nature to aid him. The bear drew closer and closer, but Raden remained unfazed, lost in his magic.

'Oh, Mighty lord! Strike with your Thunder and Decease the breath of the foe' shouts Raden

The bear was struck by Thunder so intense that it was knocked off its feet and sent flying backward. It landed with a thud and lay there, stunned and unmoving.

Raden was No more the weak kid he once was. He was capable of pulling a fight. This continued for 6 Years and Raden Now is a trembling teenager.

The cool night air was filled with the sound of rustling leaves and distant animal calls. The stars twinkled brightly overhead, casting a soft glow over the campsite where Raden and the old man were settling down for the night. They had built a small fire, which crackled and popped, casting flickering shadows across their faces.

Raden asks Gildarts "Say, old man, you are so strong yet why are you not in the military? You could easily become one of the strongest can't you?"

Raden looked at Gildarts with a mix of curiosity and respect. He had always been in awe of the old man's strength and wisdom and had often wondered why he had never pursued a career in the military.

"Say, old man," he asked, "you are so strong, yet why are you not in the military? You could easily become one of the strongest, can't you?"

Gildarts smiled wistfully, his eyes gazing off into the distance. "Ah, yes," he replied "You see I had once committed a Grave sin in the Capital" Continues Gilda rt's

"Didn't they Execute you Immediately?" Asks Raden shocked

"My blood was not Capable of washing my sins away," Says Gildarts and stares at the Horizon in the distance

Raden Understood that He has his reasons to not talk about his Past hence Raden plays along.

Gildart says in a muttered voice "I have nothing more to teach you, Raden. Rest everything is experienced" Raden Knew that it was the time. Time for him to go.

"What do You desire? Revenge?" Asks Old man

"In the pursuit of revenge, one may lose sight of their humanity and become consumed by anger and hatred. They may cause harm to innocent people or perpetuate cycles of violence that can last for generations. If I would go for something futile and small as Vengeance then it would not make me any different than those in the Capital" Says Raden wisely. Both of them drink and Prepare for the leave of Raden.

Raden now the other day Thanks The old man for whatever he had ever done for him. Before leaving Gildart to give Raden A two Handed Sword.

Forged by master craftsmen from the finest metals and imbued with powerful enchantments, this weapon was a marvel of both form and function. It was long and slender, with a double-edged blade that gleamed in the light. Its handle was wrapped in soft leather, providing a secure and comfortable grip for the wielder. Along with a weathered-in Black Cloack. He gives him the World Map. A bids Farewell

As the old man sees Raden Going for his Destination to fulfill his Goals. His eyes were filled with tears and he gulps his saliva Audibly. Raden then Disappears in the Horizon.
