Alex drove all the way to one of his safe houses in Talus City. His hotel room in Kenjoviz city was a mess and he didn't want Abigail to see it.
On the way, he stopped the car occasionally to console Abigail. Even though he was emotionally devastated, he couldn't bear watching Abigail cry out her eyes. He tried to talk to her but she remained mute. So he just drove silently until they arrived at their destination.
When Alex came down from the car and turned around to open the door for Abigail, she refused to step out of the car.
"Abby, we are home." Alex attempted to scoop her into his arms but she pushed him away.
