A woman in a white uniform suddenly walks up to Madame Isabella and whispers to her.
"Oh, alright." Madame Isabella nodded her head. "I will notify our guests immediately." She smiled at the woman. "Thanks, Marta."
Madame Isabella then directs all her guests to follow Marta to their rooms.
"I will wait for you in the dining room." Madame Isabella put a sweet smile on her lips once more and walked away from them all.
"Mrs. Theresa and entourage please follow me."
Marta walks ahead and Madame Theresa with her entourage follows Marta through a long hallway that connects to their rooms.
Throughout the hallway, there are many pictures of the history of this place, and several expensive-looking relics are also neatly lined up as they walk.
"Okay, this is the room." The woman turns the doorknob and steps inside.
A room twice bigger than in the orphanage right in front of him. Several double bunk beds arrange there with a large window next to the beds and a door connecting a room with two beds.
"Please manage your luggage. I'll be waiting in the lobby." Marta closed the door and walked away.
"Nigera, I'll go down first." Madam Theresa placed her bag in the room and quickened her pace out of the room. "You take care of all these children."
"Yes, Madam," she nods her head.
Madam Nigera, Bradley, and Caden direct all the children put down their bags and arrange their sleeping positions. It takes about ten minutes of arranging is finally done and all of them go downstairs, finding Madam Theresa sitting on a brown sofa in the lobby enjoying a drink.
"Madam everything is done."
"Good, I am very pleased with your work Nigera." Madam Theresa patted Nigera on the shoulder. "You're such a good colleague."
They all then go to the dining room and met Mr. & Mrs. Zwalinski there, who are talking to a white-haired boy sitting in the middle of them.
"Oh, Madam Theresa and Nigera," Isabella waved her hand and smiled directly at them. "Please have a seat."
"We are very honored. Thank you."
"Oh, this is my son, Markus." George patted his son on the shoulder. "Markus, please say hello to Madam Theresa and the others."
"Uh, hello to everyone." Markus continued to bow his head" "Dad, you're embarrassing me. " Markus's face instantly turned red. "Uh, hi my name is Gideon, but you can call me Markus."
"Cad, I don't expect to see him again." Bradley shook his head. "He turned out to be the boy I helped that time."
"Yes, Mr. and Mrs. Zwalinski have said that, right?"
"Uh yes, you're right, but there's something I'm curious about him," he said in a quiet voice.
"What is it, Brad?" Caden furrowed his brow. "What do you want to talk about?"
Bradley is eager to whisper something, but too many eyes are on him so he decides to keep his mouth shut because it's not the right time.
A few minutes later, dinner has been prepared which turns out to be fried rice with evenly grilled chicken skin and the aroma of chicken is so tantalizing as everyone quickly devours the food.
"Oh my! This food is so good!" Madam Theresa's smile was drawn on her lips. "I've never had food this delicious."
"The aroma is very tempting and the flavor is very appealing." Nigera sliced a piece of chicken meat on her plate. "The texture of the meat is also tender and juicy."
"Oh my! Finally, someone who thinks the same as me." Isabella's eyeballs widened for a moment at Nigera's words. "You must like cooking too."
The two smiled and continued eating. After dinner, Markus pushes his chair and looks at his mom because he wants to take all the kids outside to play for a while. His mom nods but she wants some of her staff to look after the kids including Markus.
"Mom, but ...."
"Markus it's already quite dark outside. You don't want to endanger these children, right?" Isabella raised her eyebrows.
"All right, Mom." Markus sighed. "I get it."
Markus gets up from his seat, inviting all the children to play outside. He also pulls Bradley and Caden who are still sitting on the chairs.
"Mark, remember you can't stay too long. Tomorrow we will start training."
"Yes, Dad. I understand." Markus nodded his head and quickly ran away leaving everyone left in the room.
Markus takes all the children to play on one of the rides near the resort, the Carousel. All the children run quickly and then choose a ride to get on and slowly the carousel music starts to sound as the machines move.
"Cad, this is so much fun!" Bradley continued to smile at the view from the carousel.
All the children laughed and smiled as the carousel spun, they looked very happy. They all got off the carousel after spinning for about fifteen minutes and ran to the other side, the Ferris wheel.
The kids find their friends and ride the Ferris wheel together, but Bradley and Caden see Markus still standing alone and then invite him to join them on the Ferris wheel.
"Markus, we still have one spot. Do you want to come with us?"
"Huh?" Markus looked at Bradley and Caden and quickly nodded his head. "Alright." His smile slowly etched itself on his lips.
They ride the Ferris wheel and sit in one cabin. The position of their cabin slowly rises upwards until it reaches the top and Caden's face looks tense for a moment, as well as Bradley's because everything looks so small.
"Oh, don't tell me you're afraid of heights," Markus said mockingly as he saw Caden and Bradley's hands clutching the metal bars in the cabin "Relax, it's not scary at all."
"Caden and I are not used to riding like this, and this height scares me." Bradley kept his head down.
"Hey, but from here you can see the beauty of this place," Mark said with a smile. "Come on, everything is fine."
Bradley slowly opens his eyes and looks forward. His eyes do not stop looking at the beauty of this place from above. The street lights that are installed and lit up, make it even more amazing, and slowly his fear immediately disappeared by itself.
"What a beautiful view," Bradley's eyeballs did not stop for a moment. "Cad, you have to see this." Bradley tugged on Caden's hand, which continued to cling tightly to the metal inside the cabin.
"Brad, are you sure?" Cad furrowed his brow. "I feel like this is the wrong decision." His lips trembled relentlessly.
Bradley smiled at that statement. "Cad, trust me. You just need to look around."
Caden slowly turned his head. The jaws of his mouth opened wide followed by his eyes widening and his mouth curving into a smile and slowly released his hand grip.
"Oh my! This place is so beautiful." Caden continued to laugh. "There's nothing I can say."
"Right, I'm not lying to you." Markus laughed at the look on both of their faces.
After a few minutes at the top, their cabin slowly descended. Bradley and Caden just continuously look around without realizing it, their cabin has already reached its original spot.
"Wait, where are the other kids?" Bradley looked around. "I don't see anyone here."
"Maybe, all of them have walked back to the resort." Markus sighed. "We should be going back too."
The three of them decided to go back to the cabin together and all the way through it is so quiet and there is no one in sight. The night breeze picked up, the street lights were turned off one by one, and they hastened their pace toward the resort.
However, Bradley accidentally notices a strange movement behind the bushes not far from his position and decided to stop for a moment.
"Brad, what's wrong?" Caden looked back and asked Bradley.
"There's something over there." Bradley's finger pointed to one of the bushes.
"Huh? What are you talking about?" Markus slowly moved his head in that direction. "I don't see anything."
"Yeah, me too." Caden stretched his neck. "There's nothing there."
"Oh, my God! So what did I just see?"
