'I should check on Olivia' I thought as I was having breakfast in my room. It have been three days. During this time, I haven't done anything. This is the first time I have rested since I entered this body. Even on holidays, I never had the privilege to take a break but now things were different, and I can rest for a while.
I got up from my seat and moved toward the room's exit. It is time to check on Olivia's progress.
…
When I entered the room, I was amazed. I saw Olivia sitting on the chair beside the bed, holding a cup of tea while Atlas was filling the tea cup for her. It is rare to see a level 7 ability user serving tea to someone. Aureus stands beside Olivia, holding the plate which contains biscuits. When the tea cup was filled, Aureus stretched his hands toward Olivia, who gracefully picked up a biscuit.
Upon seeing me enter, Olivia turned toward the door. As she looked at me, she dropped the tea cup and biscuit from her hand, stood up, and ran toward me. When I saw her running toward me, I said, "Stop" in an authoritative voice, causing her to halt in her tracks, about 2 feet away. I didn't want to be too friendly with her. I know she is loyal to me because I changed her, but I don't want any kind of romantic relationship with her.
As soon as I looked at her sad expression, I moved toward her and gave her a warm smile to cheer her up. When she saw my smile, she smiled like a little girl. She always acts differently around me, but she seems cold and distant with others.
I don't need to ask about the results, as I can see them for myself. When Olivia saw me looking at them, she understood what I was thinking and said, "Kneel," As Atlas knelt, he dropped the tea pot and the same happened with Aureus as he dropped the plate. I nodded my head in satisfaction. Olivia exceeded my expectations. She can control them like slaves, which is a dangerous ability to have. I understood why the royal family killed her in the novel.
As I looked at her with a satisfied expression, she puffed her chest as if she had won a war. It reminded me of Neha. This was the same thing my wife always did after a small win. I put these thoughts aside and I thought to talk about the serious topic, but before that, I looked at my room. They have made a mess of it. Olivia followed my gaze and understood what I meant. She immediately looked at Atlas and Aureus and said, "Clean the room," causing both of them to start cleaning it.
I nodded my head, feeling happy that she could understand me without me telling her. I looked into Olivia's eyes, and she looked at mine. I took out a small book from the bag that I always carried around my waist and gave it to her. She held it curiously and waited for me to speak.
"This contains the list of people and artifacts that are in the Blackthorn state. I want you to gather all of them as fast as you can," I said as she opened the book and started to read it.
"It also contains information about their abilities," I added. As she read some of the pages, she looked at me in awe. It is understandable, as I have provided them with many details about the people, including where they live, what abilities they have, and their weaknesses. I even provided all the information about the artifacts that would take years for someone to understand.
"You mean, I have to gather them and train them to become soldiers in our army" she said with a smile on her beautiful face. She continued, "They will help us destroy this world," causing me to force a smile to respond to hers. Please don't say something so cruel so easily, especially with that expression, I thought as I looked at her.
I moved towards the couch. They had already finished cleaning the room and were standing beside it. I sat down on the couch and signaled to Olivia to sit in front of me with a hand gesture, which she did.
I have more things to discuss with her because I will be gone for a while. I have to enter the Forbidden Forest to retrieve the Immortal. They would die if they entered the forest due to the excessive mana. When I told her what she had to do while I was away, she initially protested and asked to come with me. However, after I explained how important this is to me, her serious side took over, and she agreed.
I am very confident in her ability to achieve great results. I began explaining all the things she would have to do while I was gone. I didn't know how much time it would take to convince the Immortal to work with me. What if she didn't trust me, and instead, tried to kill or capture me? She is a psycho, and I don't have the god-gifted luck of a protagonist.

I looked at Olivia and the maids who were here to see me off. I had already told Olivia not to show affection in front of others, so she was just looking at me from an appropriate distance. Then, I turned to the side carriage and began walking toward it. I have to complete this task within four months because I need to attend the rising ceremony of the princess, which is organized by the royal family
I got into the carriage and took one last look at Olivia, who had a sad expression. 'I hope she completed the task I gave her,' I thought as I turned my face forward.
As days passed, I traveled through small towns and saw a variety of different trees. Some were similar to those in my previous world, but their colors were different. I encountered no monsters along the way, as we were moving toward the royal capital, which was considered the safest place in the human domain.
After several more days of travel, I finally arrived at the entrance of the forest. I stepped out of the carriage, and so did the coachman. I instructed him to stay in the nearby village and check on me every five days, providing him with enough funds to last for six months. I gave him extra money, since it wasn't mine to begin with; I had taken it from Atlas. With the bag of food on my back, which would last for two months, I began to make my way toward the forbidden area of the forest.
After walking for about five days, I caught a glimpse of the forbidden forest. The trees grew taller and thicker, a result of the excessive mana that permeated the environment. I knew that this was the beginning of the forbidden area. I stopped and created a dome of dark energy around me, which would eliminate any excessive mana in my vicinity
As I entered the forbidden forest, I had a sense that she was aware of my presence and watching me from somewhere. She had lived alone for centuries, so she must have developed social anxiety, I thought to myself as I walked deeper into the forest.
After some time, I heard a voice behind me. It sounded like someone was approaching. When I turned around, I saw the person I had been looking for, but there was something off about her. She had a creepy smile on her face. I knew that she was a bit unstable, but this wasn't how she treated the MC when he entered the forest in the novel. If this is a different version of her, I could be in danger. She was extremely powerful, and I wouldn't stand a chance if she decided to attack me
I froze in place as I stared at her. She was around 5'6" tall, with crimson hair and eyes. She was looking at me with a creepy smile, mumbling something under her breath. I didn't know what she was mumbling, but I knew one thing: she was different from the novel, and I messed up
