The following day at Fred's school, in the classroom. Everyone was sitting down, waiting for their class teacher to entered the classroom.
Fred walked over to Cecelia seat and faced her squarely
"Cece did you really planted the wrist watch inside her bag. Did you and why?" asked Fred angrily
"Who're you talking about?" pretended Cecelia she knew it was Olivia, Fred was referring too.
"Stop the pretence. You know it's Olivia am referring to!" replied Fred irritatedly
"Oh! Olivia!" said Cecelia scornfully
"Yes," replied Fred veins popping
"She is a thief, didn't you believe me?" said Cecelia gently, acting up again
"I don't believe you anymore!" said Fred, narrowed his eyes at her contemptuously
"Really let's watch and see if am the one lying or Olivia!" replied Cecelia annoyed
"There's no need for that. Now I've known the truth. Olivia was right. I can't be friends with you anymore. How could you do that to Olivia. The girl is innocent and kind. How could you!" shouted Fred furiously and he left her seat
"Whoa. Really?" said Cecelia mouth wide opened at Fred's fury reaction towards her. she was looking at him shockingly and was bittered against Olivia for making Fred mad at her in the presence of her classmates.
"I'm not through with you Olivia. You just watch and see. No one ever tampered with Cecilia and get away with it! The game just begin!" said Cecelia to herself inwardly and she left the classroom, and the students were just mouth wide opened at the two best friends quarreling
On that same day, Fred was back from school and he rushed to his mother's room to begged his mom to allowed Olivia back to the house.
"Mom, mom!" Fred knocked gently on the door
"Yes come in!" said Mrs Smith softly
"Good afternoon mom!" said Fred politely, he hugged his mother affectionately in the process. His mother was surprised with his son sudden tenderly attitude and she asked "Is everything okay son?" asked Mrs Smith softly looking at him eyes popping open
"Yes Mom!" replied Fred rolling eyes
"What's with the hug. Cause I'm touched and you've really changed. I must admit!" admitted Mrs Smith in a pleasant manner
"Really don't you like it?" asked Fred chuckled
"I like it! I'm happy to see my boy acting human again unlike before." said Mrs Smith grinned with a broad smiled on her face
"Uhmn thanks to someone!" remarked Fred all of a sudden
"You mean, someone definitely changed you?" amazed Mrs Smith at her's son remarks
"Yes Mom. She's a gentle and kind soul and someone you know too!" replied Fred tenderly
"Whoa! Is he or she?" asked Mrs Smith cheerfully
"It's she!" replied Fred happily
"That means you must really adored her!" said Mrs Smith affectionately
"Yes I do!" replied Fred lovely
"And you haven't introduce her to me?" said Mrs Smith offended
"I was about to introduce her to you before something happened!" said Fred, he was trying how to convinced his mother to accept Olivia back to the house
"Really what happened?" asked his mother
"Olivia! It's Olivia Mom!" Fred finally said the truth
"What really! That girl that stole my wrist watch, you called a gentle and kind soul!" asked his mother scornfully
"Mom, Olivia's innocent!" said Fred gently
"The wrist watch was found in her bag!" shouted his mother
"Someone else that planted it there not Olivia I just found out recently." said Fred vividly
"Who planted it there, who?" asked his mother astonished
Fred didn't wanted to mention Cecelia name, for he didn't caught Cece when she planted it inside Olivia's bag but it was obvious it was Cece that done it. Fred was helplessly and didn't know how to explain that to his mother.
"I did mom!" Fred lied on himself "That's the only way I could keep Olivia from being despised or rejected by my mom!" he thought to himself inwardly
"You did what Fred?" exclaimed his mother.
Mrs Smith knew Fred could that anyway since he didn't approve of her relationship with Mr Charles, so she believes he was saying the truth
"I don't want you to remarried Mom. I don't want to be abandoned that's why I did that mom." said Fred emotionally, he was also saying part of the truth. Fred never wanted his mother to remarried. He had lost his father and didn't want to lose his mother also
"Okay I understand how you feel my son, but next time you can talk to me like you just did now!" rebuked his mother softly
"Okay mom, I'm sorry please forgive me!" said Fred gently
His mother hugged him tenderly and said "It's alright son, I've forgiven you!" said his mother cheerfully
"Thanks mom and one more thing Mom!" said Fred
"What's that?" asked his mother
"Can you please allow Olivia back to the house?" said Fred pleading
"Okay why not, since she's innocent. I must ask for her forgiveness right away." said his mother softly
"I'll call her myself mom!" said Fred
"I'll do that son, remember I'm the one that sent her away!" said his mother vividly
"Alright mom, thank you!" Fred left the room happily and couldn't wait to see Olivia back in their house.
It was already weekend, Olivia's grandma was resting in the sitting room while Olivia was packing the clothes she was going to wash.
"Granny are you saying I should resume back to their Smith's house?" asked Olivia bewildered
"Yes dear, my madam had begged me and I want you to forget everything and come back please!" replied grandma cheerfully
"I don't think I can resume back!" said Olivia sadly
"Why did you say that?" asked grandma surprised
"Have you forgotten it was someone that planted the wrist watch inside my bag. What if another thing that's bigger than that happens again this time?" said Olivia unhappy
"I understand you Olly. Since the boy that covered up for you wasn't the one that planted it but that silly girl. The truth will prevail one day. The wicked will never go unpunished. I believe so don't you believe that?" asked grandma optimistic.
