Chapter 18 - ۞ Seventeen ۞

THE REST OF THE 2ND PERIOD WENT BY QUICKLY AFTER THAT. Again, I finished my assignment first and was allowed to leave before than anyone else. And on my way out I purposely bushed my right side with all my strength on Khan's chair, almost making him fall and he cursed the shit out of me.

It didn't take two minutes and Gabriel ran to me, "Bella! Help me, please. We are besties, aren't we? And I need some enlightenment. Please, help me. You met everyone of the Debate Club yesterday, did you feel that any of them weren't straight?"

Sigh, "Only five of them are straight, Gabe."

He gasped, "What? There's no way!" I glared at him and he gulped. "Is my radar that broken?"

"Yes, it is. Five straights, four bisexuals, one 100% gay, one totally lesbian. That's all I've got. For now, I'll only tell you about four."

"Please. That's enough for the moment."

"Khan is straight as sword. Zara, Bryant, and Kaleb are bisexuals. I confirmed today when I met them again. I hope this helps you."

He bit his bottom lip, "What about Dante?"

"Later. See you in Math XII," then I kissed his cheek and went down the stairs again, leaving him there, since my 3rd period is in the 5th floor.

This time the class was still inside, so I waited by the door, and after two minutes Mr. Otis Nicholson allowed them all to leave earlier. And as they left by the door at the back of the class, I entered by the one in the front, and sat on my signature place.

"I'm glad to see you here, Amethyst!"

I greeted the teacher with respect, "I can't say the same, Mr. Nicholson, but you know that already," he giggled. "How are the kids?" He has triplets panther shifter boys that are in 7th grade now. Raymond, Seymour, and Archibald. Terrible names, I agree. "Still causing trouble?"

He seemed happy with my question, "A lot. You know them. My boys are little savage panther, but they have a good and pure heart, and are all smart too. They asked about you yesterday, saying that they would like to meet you again because you are beautiful and makes tasty shakes for them," not, I don't use blood on theirs, only oat milk, condensed milk, and fruits. "I think they might have a crush on you!"

"Who's that stupid?" Khan exclaimed entering the class and glaring at me condescendingly. "Are you doing this on purpose? Getting in all my periods and sitting on my sit in all the damn classes?" He sat down on my left, giving me that intimidating look, that was infuriatingly beautiful.

"News flash, the world doesn't circles around your ass, wolf. And you think I would lose my precious time with a narcissistic jerk such as yourself? Wake up. I didn't even wanted to be here. I got my schedule last night, and the principal was the one who organized it all, since me being here was her plan. If you want to complain, go to her and whine as much as you want," then I turned to the teacher, ignoring the hot jerk. "The boys are too cute, teacher. They will definitely break lots of hearts."

He blushed proud of his boys, "You also think so? They will be happy to know you called them cute. And I see that you two already know each other, hm?"

We scoffed at the same time, "Unfortunately."

"Not in a friendly way, I see."

"Not at all," we said together again and I glared at him, annoyed out of my mind. "Can you stop?" Again.

"Okay. Very hostile, I see," then we both glared at the teacher and he laughed, with his arms up. "I won't mention it then. So, while the class doesn't start, let's talk a bit. Will you be part of the talent show next week, Amethyst? I bet you could win it."

I wrinkled my nose, offended, "No. I have better things to do that waste my time on that stupidity. But the boys will?"

A nod, "Yes. They can't shut up about it. I think they would do something together, but I don't know what it is, since they are keeping it a secret. Maybe a flute number, since they have been practicing it together for some months."

"Cute," I felt my heart warm. "If I, for some whirlwind of fate, decided to go, which is 99.9% improbable of happening, I'll go see them."

"I'll take the 0.1% chance then. What about the Last Years' party on next Friday? It might be fun. Everybody creates at least one good memory there. You should go, since it's your last year here," hell no.

"Now, that's 100% negative. Thanks."

Mr. Nicholson laughed, "What about you, Winters?"

Do all teachers call him by his last name? "Of course, I'll go. I'm a social butterfly, teacher, you know me."

"More like a social bug," I mocked.

"Shut up, vampire pet. So, yes, teacher, I'll go. I'll probably play something on the talent show and win it, as I usually do," what? "And I never miss the Second Week parties. They are always amusing, and lots of things happen there."

He nodded, "Oh, yes. I remember. No one talks about what happens on those parties, because they do all types of shit there, since it's the students only. Chaos all around."

"What a nightmare," I muttered. Then I let them talking and turned my attention to my phone, opening my chat with the principal.

[ Good morning, Mrs. Beaumont. So, hm, I have a question. Gabriel told me that there's a group of students tied in the first place as the best students of the school. But we know that can't be true, right? That's why I'm curious to know who is the actual top 1of my grade. ]

Beaumont Bug: Morning, Miss Howell. And I'm glad you are showing interest in your competition. Yes, you are right, there is one student that is ideally better than the others, but he chose not to get the top 1 alone, so I allowed it.
