Chapter 19 - ۞ Eighteen ۞

BEAUMONT BUG: THAT'S WHY HE'S SHARING THE TOP 1.

[ Who? ]

Beaumont Bug: Khan Winters. Co-Head of the House of Shifters in Montanari. Dante's younger twin brother. You know him, right? I'm sure you've met him by now.

Hah… So he really is the person I'll have to be the most wary of. How annoying. I'm really getting angry about it. And did she put us on the same grades because he's the person I'll have to steal the top 1 from?

[ Hah… Is that the reason why you matched my periods with that bastard's? ]

Beaumont Bug: Are you hostile to each other because he doesn't like vampires? And yes, that's the reason why I matched all of your schedule, since he's precisely the one you will have to compete with. But don't worry, I'm sure you will be able to.

[ I don't think so. Just seeing his face is making me want to put ten holes on his face and reap him apart. And him unreasonably hating me for being a vampire is only one of the reasons. That asshole is the worst. I've never loathed someone so quickly in my entire life. ]

Beaumont Bug: *baby fae laughing gif* Adorable.

[ Are you enjoying my misery, principal? ]

Beaumont Bug: I definitely am. Sitting at the front roll with a enormous bucket of sweet popcorn drowned in melted butter, drinking a glass of champagne.

[ Those are some sociopath tendencies. ]

Beaumont Bug: *rolling eyes gif* When you spend so long as the principal of a school such as Montanari, surrounded by kids, teenagers, and the young adults of the last year, you began to feel excited and overjoyed when a new epic rivalry sparks. So, thank you in advance for the entertainment you will provide me this year.

[ I take it back. You are definitely a psycho! ]

"This old and crazy bitch. She's gone completely insane. At this rate she'll flood my entire life with chaos just to feel entertained. Fucking psychopath!" I exclaimed way too loud, and when I realized, the class was full and they were all staring at me. "Why are you all staring at me? Do you think I'm beautiful? Take a picture and it'll last longer," I mocked, turning my phone off under the glare of the teacher.

"You shouldn't curse like that, Amethyst."

I scoffed, "If you knew what I just read, you would definitely curse the person too." But as he kept glaring at me, I gulped. "Sorry, teacher. I'll avoid cursing in your class."

"As I was saying, welcome to History of the Ministry III. As you already know, I'm Mr. Otis Nicholson, the teacher responsible for the four degrees of History of the Ministry, and I'll be with you for the rest of the year," and he kept talking.

"Who pissed you off?" I heard Sabrina asking me, and only then I turned around and saw that she was sitting behind me. "Hi," she smiled. "I talked to you, but I don't think you heard me."

Will I have a King or Queen of the school in all of my fucking periods now? "Hi," then I turned my attention to the teacher again.

"So, who was it?" Is she still talking?

"Beaumont," I whispered.

"You are quite bold to curse her like that," she said.

I rolled my shoulders, "So I've heard."

"Your pointy ears are beautiful," now, that's random.

"Thank you? I'm aware."

She giggled softly, "Your moon earring is lovely, but I loved the three piercings on the side of your ear, and the long star one at the top of it, better."

"Good for you." Can't she see I don't want to talk?

"You have any tattoos?" Why is she still talking?

"…"

"Is that a no?" She's getting on my last nerves.

"…"

"A yes, then?"

Sigh. "Seven," I mumbled, to see if she would fucking stop. Her voice is in a high pitch, and it's annoying the shit out of me. She can't be this oblivious not to see that I want absolutely nothing to do with her.

"Where?"

"…"

"Come on, tell me!" Fuck.

I growled loudly, "Sabrina, for fuck's sake, please, stop talking to me. I don't want to talk to you. I was trying to make that subtle, but you seem to be too dense since you didn't get it. So, stop talking. Just, zip your mouth. I have no interest in talking with any of you, damn it. How hard is it to understand that?" I yelled, clenching my jaw, startling everyone.

Sabrina flinched, "I… I'm trying to be your friend."

"I already have Gabriel. So, don't waste your time. I don't want to befriend you. I'll be neutral while in Gardening Club, but outside that, forget it. I'm only here because I have to, not because I want to. There lots of more interesting people in this hellhole whom you could make friends with."

A long silence followed and Khan broke it, "You don't need to be so fucking rude to her. She didn't do anything to you!" Hah, now he's trying to be the good guy?

I glared at him a viciously, "Staying silent and complacent yesterday was enough of a reason for me. So, shut your mouth when the topic isn't about you, wolf. Playing the good guy doesn't suit a problematic guy such as yourself!"

"Think whatever you want. Just don't be rude with Sabrina for no reason. Or you will have to deal with us!"

"Do I look scared?" I mocked. "Besides, you aren't in a place to talk. When I met you, you were the rudest on earth to me simply because of my race, you fucking racist. At least I have a minimal reason not to want to be near her."

As he said nothing, the teacher finally spoke, "Okay. Let's do this. Mackenzie switch places with Sabrina, go sit behind Amethyst, and Sabrina sits on Khan Winters' left." Finally!
