After jumping into the hole, Bai Tian felt an odd sensation envelope his body. It was an indescribable feeling that made him feel as though he was disappearing from the world.
And before he realized, he found himself inside a dimly lit tunnel underground, as he was surrounded by dirt and rocks.
"This is the dungeon?" Bai Tian looked up, but there was no hole.
This meant that he'd been teleported to this place after jumping into the hole and that dungeons existed in another dimension.
There was no exit, and the only path he could take was the one in the front.
Once he was prepared, Bai Tian started walking forward.
The path had the width of a football field, giving him plenty of space. As for its height, it was about 10 meters tall.
Several minutes later, Bai Tian stopped when he encountered the first monster in the dungeon.
[Aggressive Taurus] [Leve: 48]
The monster had the same name and appearance as the ones he encountered in Durnar Plains. However, there was slight alteration to its appearance if one looked closely. Instead of brown skin, it had pitch black, glowing red eyes, longer horns, and five tails, looking more menacing in general.
This made Bai Tian wonder if it had the same attack patterns.
The Aggressive Taurus noticed Bai Tian's presence shortly after, but it didn't immediately charge over.
It raised its body until it stood on its back legs before stomping on the ground, causing the tunnel to tremble a little.
Bai Tian sensed danger coming from below him, so he immediately jumped into the air.
Sure enough, the ground underneath him exploded, and a single large needle made of dirt and rock shot up.
'So it knows magic, huh.' Bai Tian thought to himself as he landed a few feet away.
When the Aggressive Taurus missed its attack, it returned to its usual behavior and started charging at Bai Tian.

Due to its high defenses, Bai Tian's damage to it was quite low, but that was to be expected.
The next time it charged at him, Bai Tian used Dragon Rush to slash at its legs.
[Precise Hit: 1,110]
He was aiming to cut at least one of the taurus' legs, but its defenses were simply too high, and he could only give it a deep cut.
Several more strikes later, the Aggressive Taurus fell to the ground.
The same item was dropped by the monster twice, something Bai Tian hasn't seen until now.
'This must be the increased drop rate effect.' He thought to himself as he picked up the Mana Crystal.
[Mana Crystal]
[Grade: Low]
[Description: Impure mana that requires to be purified before usage.]
"Impure mana, huh. So monsters in dungeons drop mana crystals instead of items."
Bai Tian continued his journey through the dungeon, killing every monster that he encountered.
Half an hour later, he came to a stop when he encountered a split path split into two different directions.
"I guess this dungeon is named Splitting Paths."
After looking around to see if there was any clue pointing to the right path and finding nothing, Bai Tian decided to randomly pick a path to continue, walking towards the right path.
The further he walked, the more spacious the tunnel became.
Sometime later, he encountered another familiar-looking monster.
[Soaring Skyblade] [Level: 50]
Once again, besides having different colored feathers, it looked the exact same as the normal ones.
When the Soaring Skyblade used its magic, two Wind Blades appeared instead of one, and they flew at Bai Tian from two different directions.
After dodging the magic, Bai Tian attacked it with Qi Bullet until he killed it or it decided to dive at him.
After another hour of fighting Soaring Skyblades, Bai Tian reached the next split, which splits into three directions. He also reached level 29 during this time.
Once again, there were no signs or hints as to which path he should take.
Thus, he could only let fate do its job, picking the left path this time.
Bai Tian expected to see Killer Rabbits for this path, but he got something entirely different.
This monster stood on two legs like a human, had two bulky arms like a human, and it even had a human-like body. However, it did not have a human head at all. Instead, it had the head of a bull.
Bai Tian recognized this monster from other games that he'd previously played. It was a minotaur.
[Minotaur Warrior] [Level: 54]
The minotaur was twice as tall as Bai Tian with bandages wrapped around its fists and legs, looking like a Muay Thai fighter.
Since this was his first encounter with such a unique monster, Bai Tian decided to go fully defensive.
When the minotaur noticed him, it immediately rushed over and started throwing punches and kicks like a human fighter.
The punches were quick and the kicks were explosive, but they were all relatively easy to dodge for Bai Tian, who was waiting to see what kind of magic it would use.
However, the minotaur did not use any magic even minutes later.
'Does it not know magic?' Bai Tian wondered to himself as he switched to being offensive.
His normal attacks barely left a scratch on the minotaur's body while his Dragon Rush would only give it superficial cuts.
In the end, it took Bai Tian several minutes to defeat the minotaur, and it never used magic till the very end.
The minotaur dropped four Mana Crystals at once, which was welcomed by Bai Tian.
Sometime later, Bai Tian reached the end of the tunnel, where a massive double door made of metallic materials stood.
'So I've finally reached the boss. It's too bad that the monsters in dungeons don't respawn after they're killed, or I would've farmed them until the bonus experience went away.' He sighed inwardly.
After taking some time to recover his Qi, Bai Tian opened the metal doors and entered the boss room.
