Currently I was in my room, choosing my outfit. I was also looking my best. I mean today I was supposed to choose my future wife.
I choose a classic white and black outfit. It looked nice and the white made my black hair and eyes stand out. While the black let my fair skin glow a little.
I left out of my room. Then I walked down the hallways as to head to my parents room. The castle staff was just looking at me with amazement.
Apparently, I am just jaw dropping handsome. It was to the point that I could feel the intense staring.
I just let it be, then I finally arrived at my parents room. I knocked on the door, since I had a very traumatic experience when I didn't.
"Come in!"my mom said
I enter and they were also dressed up. They were also ready for the Ball. They looked at me with sparkling eyes and intense pride.
"Damn, we did a good job"my dad said
"Of course dear, what did you expect!"my mom said
I was confused at what they meant. So I decided to asked about what they were talking about.
"What are you talking about"I said
"Have you looked in a mirror dear, your absolutely beautiful"my mom said
"Huh? I have and is it really that big of a deal?"I said
"Of course honey, you would make any one fall in love at a glance!"my mom said
"Haaa, let's just good"I said leaving
Then we head all the way to the carriage. It was nice but nothing to advance. Then we entered and head to the Ball.
It was in a country side manor. It had lots of space and was perfect for this event.
It took a while to get their by carriage but we got there. It seems that we would enter through the back, that is only accessible through being a high noble or royal.
When we exited, it seem that all the nobles were already inside. So, of course I must have my big entrance.
So that what I did, make a big entrance. There was a red carpet, trumpet players that had flags on there trumpets.
There was flower petals floating around and of course it lead to my throne.
But while I was walking people kept muttering, mostly the women.
"He is so beautiful"
"When did he get to be so gorgeous"
"Damn, now that's a prince"
They were all throwing comments about my gorgeous looks.
So I just walked to my seat, and closed my eyes. Then my dad made some announcements.
"Hello, everyone. Thank you for coming to this Ball tonight, as many of you know my son will be choosing a bride tonight"my dad said
The crowd cheered. This was a once and a life time opportunity. If they impressed me enough to marry them, they will have a new type of power and wealth.
Then I decided to make an announcement.
"All I want to say , is good luck"I said with cold eyes
Now the nobles all new that what I was showing was my real personality. The lazy attitude was just so people can talk to me easily.
But I used my cold personality, to tell them thinks that they don't want to hear or I am being serious.
"Hey idiot, wanna dance"Hannah said
"Well it is a ball"I said
"Don't look at me with those cold eyes! Come over here and cheer up a little"Hannah said
"Fine, but I'm not marrying you because we danced"I said
"And who would want to marry you?"she asked sarcastically
"Haha, good joke"I said
Then we headed to the floor and started to dance. I didn't want to admit to it, but it was actually fun. Hannah was able to keep up and not ruin the dance and we just joke around with each other.
Then I decided to go back to my seat and see any one else wanted to dance. The answer was yes, and I dance a whole lot more.
Now I was comparing them to Hannah, and they seem lacking. To dance, to the amount of make up they were, I judge on everything.
Hannah had no make up and still rival the most beautiful people with makeup. Then the dance, I wanted to see if they knew it or just going with it. Most were just going with it.
I judge everyone and everything. I knew my choices and decided to sit down and think about it.
My mother was next to me and asked me a few questions.
"Found one yet?"she asked
"I have narrowed it down"I said
"Oh, you can have more then one if you like"she said
"No thank you, I just need one partner. I don't want to make more connections with useless people"I said
"There not useless, but they are your people"she said
"Haa, what a pain. Why do I need to do this now?"I asked
"Well it because I know you want to battle, and we won't stop you"she said
"You knew?"I asked
"Yes, you might not know but you are very stubborn"she said
"Ah, so that why you want me to get married, so that I could change my mind and stay here or have a baby for the next heir"I said
"Well, that and because we wanted to see you happily"she said
"I might not look like it but I am happy"I said
This was very much true. I had a new life and I was the strongest human alive. Who wouldn't be happy?
"I know but don't you want to share it?"she said
I just didn't answer her, as I didn't have an answer.
It was almost time, my dad and mom stood up and the rest of the nobles went to their seat once they saw this.
I had made my choice, it was pretty obvious but still I could have found someone else.
"Our son, has decided on his Bride!"my dad said
They just looked nervous and other looked disappointed, they most likely seen there daughter's dance with me and made a mistake or two.
"I have chosen Hannah Lunar as my Bride"I said
The room just bursts into noise, I just sat down. I looked over at Hannah's direction. It seems she was bright red and embarrassed.
Then the Ball went on for a while longer but eventually it was just my family and the Lunar family left.
So I decided to speak first.
"So hot head, how it feel to marry a prince?"I teased
"This @&$€£, how dare you put me on the spot like that!" Hannah said
"Huh, aren't you happy? I mean just look at me"I said
"Cocky much?"she said annoyed
Our parents were just talking and looking at us. They didn't know if this was going to be a disaster or something beautiful.
They just hope that it would work out in the end. Then all of a sudden the Voice of the World was heard.

It seems like the first demons and angels have been created. Now I'm sure it closer to Veldanava descent.
This also isn't good news, once there are more demons they could be summoned and caused more problems in the world.
I'll need to find some solutions quickly or else this war is going to get more dangerous. Well it actually sounds like some fun.
