"Hmm? Something isn't right about today." The Reaper, going by his new identity, Karl Marzilt spoke to himself.
He had just woken up and sat on his bed, his eyes still a bit swollen and red from sleep.
"As long as I get to complete the mission, they wouldn't mind me raising the commission fee." The reaper got up from the bed and stretched before heading into his bathroom a few feet from him.

The morning class began in about ten minutes but the room was already crowded with students. Even students from different classrooms as they came to Seth's classroom.
Each student here had a similar thought in their head at the moment.
'Why is the Principal coming here?'
Although they had no idea and were gathered around in tension, they still fought each other for better spaces to sit down.
While everyone was moving left and right, looking for who to sit close to, Seth calmly sat on his new special seat in the classroom. Even in his absence for a week, these students had become aware of the fact that the seat belonged to a certain new student. With the knowledge of the new student, it became easier for Seth to occupy his chair without any complications.
While everyone was tense as they waited for the principal, Seth didn't seem bothered as he had expected this since he orchestrated everything.
The previous day, he had reported The Reaper to the principal and after enough planning, this was the method they came up with.
"Kids, let there be silence." Even amidst the teacher's plea, the noise in the classroom only went down by a small margin.
Again, the teacher opened her mouth to speak. "The principal should be here any second from…"
Swoosh…
Before the teacher could finish her sentence, a strong wind kicked off.
It started slowly at first, drawing the attention of the students and bringing utter silence to the classroom.
The wind grew stronger, back by another and then another, all twisting rapidly in a tornado fashion but this was far from a tornado.
The wind only grew stronger, the pressure pressing against the faces of the students as the wind blew their hair around.
Then a sudden fog appeared around the storm covering everything that was happening from the eyes of the gazing students who refused to close their eyes amidst the fierce winds.
'What a show-off! After acting as if he would die from embarrassment, here he is making a big deal out of his appearance. At least, it's quite impressive.' Seth was unfazed by any of the current happenings.
"Well, I'm here now, there's no need to make them silent since they already are." An old voice boomed from within the wind and fog. One that Seth and a very few others were familiar with.
The wind as well as the fog dispersed quicker than they appeared, revealing an old man many had only seen once.
"Well then, let's get this started, shall we?" Principal Salmit asked the group of students who were too stunned to even flinch.
"Yes, we shall." Seth replied with a smile.
He was one of the only two unshaken by everything that happened. The second being the teacher.
Even the reaper was stunned to see the principal since he didn't expect their paths to cross even after fulfilling the mission of killing Seth and Raela.
A feeling of danger bloomed in his heart, his instincts telling him something he didn't like would be happening soon, but he quickly suppressed the feeling.
He knew for certain that there was a limit to who his shape-shifting spell could fool and the principal was on the list that couldn't be fooled. That was why he hoped never to meet the principal until he left.
The Reaper glared in the direction of the principal.
Principal Salmit had intended to feign ignorance over the matter of the reaper but seeing that the disguised figure of the reaper had been staring at him, it would make him suspicious if he ignored any longer.
Principal Salmit stared back at the student figure of the reaper. "Student Karl Marzilt, is there a problem?"
"No, there's none." The Reaper shook his head.
The Principal's words had a different meaning to him. 'Stay where you are as I'll immediately attend to you the moment you decide to act.'
"Good." Principal Salmit nodded before he continued. "You were all graced by my presence because of a single student. One whom I have taken a liking to. A student from a fallen noble family. A student with great potential that rivals the very best in the history of the school."
"Ugh…" Seth could feel the cold shivers coursing through his spine.
'An old man with cringe lines.'
"You will all have to show your thanks to Seth Samiel, the third prodigy of the Samiel family for my presence today." The principal completed his statement.
"Phew…" Seth sighed.
When he first arrived, he had intended to be low profile but if that continued, others would really pick on him whether they knew he was related to Raela or not, so he made the decision to show forth his skills albeit part of his skills. Just enough to prove he deserved the level of respect his sisters had.
Within a second, a chilling killing intent filled the room and the whole classroom felt it.
The only difference was, the students only had a shiver run down their body but the more sensitive ones like Seth, the teacher, and principal Salmit.
Taro was also an exception as he felt there was more to that sudden feeling than just a shiver.
"What was that?" Taro, who sat next to Seth, asked him.
'He dared to do that even in front of the principal?' Seth turned to look at the student named Karl who was sitting three rows behind him.
"What was what?" Seth feigned ignorance.
"That chilly feeling just now."
"I don't know."
"I know you do." Taro refused to agree.
"Come on, man. The Principal's speaking." Seth tried to persuade him and it worked out after mentioning the principal.
'Seth's most definitely the reason I kept feeling uncomfortable. He has to be an even higher threat than his sister. It couldn't have been a coincidence that he made the principal come here after meeting me yesterday. I must eliminate him even if I'll have to abandon the mission after that.'
Karl suddenly got up and gave chase to Seth who was still seated in front of him.
His goal was the death of this student who seemed ordinary but was far more dangerous.
He could do it and so, he would do it. Even in the presence of the principal. He was certain he could escape if he managed to kill Seth so he went for the kill.
But…
Things weren't always all they seemed to be.
Midair.
The reaper found himself hanging in midair, unable to utilize an ounce of his strength. "Karl Marzilt, do you have a problem with student Seth?" The Principal's voice was heard loudly by the whole class. Only now did they notice he was attacking Seth.
The Principal's demeanor took a sudden three sixty. "Let me rephrase that question. "What business do you have with my student and who hired you to kill him? O, young reaper?"
