Manandra realized that she had been staring in his eyes for quite sometime now and she was still in that position. She quickly fled away from him and fell back in a sitting position and lowered her head, embarrassed.
At least now she did know he heard her pleas. He didn't possess her.
Every one present in the room was shocked, you could even see it in their eyes. One even said,
"She's meant to be killed for that"
"But yet she isn't" Another one said
Some one stepped in and greeted,
"Akstravinut"
It was a weird looking man who looked like someone in his late 60's, and also looked like someone who was living in the 1940's in England. Just with his mode of dressing you could tell. Damon stood up and greeted him with a big simile saying,
"Ohhhhhh Andrew, how are you? You re-incarnated so fast! that's better for us all."
"Master Damon I am so happy and honoured to see you too, but sire, who is this?" He asked looking at Manandra who was still on the ground.
"Ohhh, its our chosen" Damon replied with a full smile showing his teeth and fangs"
"She's a human?" Andrew asked.
"Of course" Damon replied. "But don't even think about it." He added with a serious face.
Damon merely saw his expression and already knew what was going through his mind. He finally saw a human and was planning to feed on her blood because he was a middle class vampire. But Damon made it clear to him that she was a no-go area.
"Master, more immortals are beginning to reincarnate and its all a new beginning for them....."
"I get it." Demon interrupted him and said. "I won't possess them." He had already read his mind.
Some times Andrew wondered what he needed him for. But he had sworn to serve him with his life. Andrew was merely a short man, just a bit close to the average height, he was more than average weight-wise, and was a middle class vampire.
He was the prince's top advisor and basically the prince's right hand-man. He was basically next after the prince, and the prince always listened to all his advice, sometimes doing exactly what he advices him to do and seeing Manandra, he felt like she was going to be bad company. She's of no use. She's just a human.
He didn't want anything getting in the way of him and the prince's relationship, as he was among the top list of the king's favourites. He was almost 9 billion years old, one of the longest living middle class vampires, and wasn't planning to die now. Let him serve and remain in the palace with the prince whom was once a child but now all fully matured. He served him ever since he was a baby.
