My Lord, you called for me…"
Master Lu had beckoned upon one of his subordinates.
"get me the two young lads"
The two boys ran over excitedly.
"father, you called for us"
"Su, how have you liked this place so far?"
"very well, Master. Hyung-nim has shown me around the place. Thank you for taking me in my Lord…"
"Now come, both of you. Let me introduce you to Yeong. He will be your master from this moment. Now go with him"
"Yes Father"
"yes my Lord"
They hurriedly walked after Yeong whose feet were as fast as his swordsmanship. Getting to the training ground, Yeong finally stopped them in their tracks.
"the both of you will be my personal students from now on. Call me Master..."
"Uncle Yeong" Lu Kang was already used to calling him 'uncle'.
"it is 'Master' for you now, boy..."
"Master, will you teach us the Tai Chi?, the rare one you and father used to practice..."
A little grin resembling a smirk appeared on Yeong's face.
Su had been silently scrutinizing this so-called master and wondered if he really was as great as the aura he was oozing.
From that moment, Yeong started to train them vigorously as though they would soon be attending a competition. Yeong rarely trained anyone. He preferred staying by Master Lu's side. One of the other trainees who had been jealous that they got under Yeong had placed a careless wager one night under the influence of alcohol "I will salute them as my superior if any of those two rats can beat me in a fight in few years!"
"Yangi, don't say that, do you not see that Master Yeong is the one training them?, of course they'll be good after few years..."
"we shall see!... being under Master Yeong does not change the fact that they are two little rats... hahaha"
There had been many more trainees who had same thoughts as Yangi but they surely did not have the nerve to speak out what was on their minds.
Lu Academy was situate in a rather desolate area; miles away from the nearest village.
Most of the trainees here had no families and those that had could not even brag with them. Therefore, no one could really look down on the other person here. They were all of the same social status. The Old Master Lu had founded the Academy to help train warriors that would be needed in the future.
