Chapter 121 - The liveliest of lies

I cried out in disgust, jumping back as a stronger smell of rotten peaches splashed all over my flats.

 Ainhoa, feeling better after emptying the contents of her stomach, leaned back to her side, wiping her mouth with both hands.

 "Really?" I told her, and she gave me a confused look as if I were speaking another language. "Before I undo your bindings, how are you feeling? Any urge to kill me for Fae fruit?"

 "No, but I'm really thirsty." She rasped out, and I rang the bell for the maids come in. 

 Two came in, their faces twisting in disgust. And just in case, I summoned a guard to be on stand-by in case Ainhoa wasn't being honest.

 I stepped out then, trying not to heave myself as I slipped off my shoes, and abandoned them outside of Ainhoa's door, walking barefoot back to my room.

 I froze when I saw Lady Liv seated on the floor, her gown fanned out around her, the top of her dress undone and her perky breasts peeking out.
