I felt horrendous the next day.
My body felt as though I was made of lead, and my arms got random spasms and pains. Since Lockhart had gone with Quill on his journey, I had to settle for the midwives to heal me.
I didn't understand what was going on, until Sir Terrell explained it to me.
"Your body was trying to adjust to the speed of time to where those idiots had taken you to. Now that you're in normal time, your body is trying to slow back down. Which is why you need someone to watch over you in case your heart beats too slow." he says, eyes blazing.
I nod, though I'm not entirely too scared. The mention of death, at least towards me, is less scary when I know what I'm dealing with.
"How long do I have to be bed ridden though? I have lots of things that must be finished before my husband returns home." I said, and Sir Terrell looked at me thoughtfully.
