The next morning, I'm awoken by one of the maids knocking at my door. I groan, and rub the sleep from my eyes, looking out the window.
The sun is just about to rise, and I untangle myself from Quill, pulling on a random tunic.
Cracking the door opened, I see my maid, looking at me startled as she takes in my appearance.
"Forgive me, my lady, but your father has requested you, and Quill to be part of the audience at the witnessing of the signing of the treaty between the Unseelie Court, Ovylian, and the Seelie Court. I'm here to get you ready." she says, and I sigh.
Although I am glad to be a part of this, at the same time, I wanted to rest. This whole ordeal had been stressful, and painful all around.
"Give me a moment to wake up my betrothed." I said, and the maid nodded as I closed the door behind me.
