"Hm, I've never seen him before; probably one of those secluded old men," another one of the officers replied with a nonchalant look on his face.
"Hmm, I thought they all went to that place...."
This kind of threat, although serious, would be easily avoided if some of humanity's heroes appeared, but unfortunately, the ones with serious power left the Demon Whale City to attend a gathering in a bigger city.
Leaving them without any serious help, they could only depend on themselves to solve the problems that arose while the heroes were gone.

"Don't worry kid, he's probably one of our guys," the officer looked over and assured the cadet who was to his side.
