Chapter 40 - 40: Recruiterment

As the top player in the game, I am confident that no one will surpass me in level any time soon. With that in mind, I exit the building that I had purchased for my two companies, Infinity Group and Divine World. The building is actually made up of two separate towers - Tower 1 for Infinity Group and Tower 2 for Divine World.

However, the servers only occupy five floors in the underground section of the building, leaving the rest of the building empty. As I step outside, I take in the sight of the towering structure, feeling a sense of pride for what I have built.

At the top of tower 2, my penthouse boasts breathtaking views of the city skyline. It's my personal retreat where I can relax and unwind after a long day of gaming.

Meanwhile, tower 1 is where the guild will reside. The equipment and facilities are already in place, including personal rooms for each player, a cafeteria that serves food, an auditorium for guild meetings and events, a training and gym area to help players improve their physical abilities, offices for administrative work, team meeting rooms, and other amenities. We even have personal robots to take care of the players' needs, such as cleaning and delivering food and supplies.

Currently, there are no players in my guild and I need to start recruiting some talented individuals. Since Earth is relatively small compared to other planets out there, I decided to use the system to scan the entire planet for potential recruits.

As I scan the planet, dots representing potential players appear in my mind, along with their names, backgrounds, and stories. Once I have compiled a list of potential recruits, I hand it over to the AI to contact them and invite them to join our guild.

Many individuals come from impoverished backgrounds where the government only offers basic food and shelter. Beyond that, there is nothing to improve their quality of life. In order to attain a comfortable living, individuals must make money on their own. This reality motivates many to seek out job opportunities, or in some cases, take risks to earn a living.

Upon receiving my offer to join the guild and live in the Infinity Tower, many individuals from less privileged backgrounds accept immediately as they see it as an opportunity for a better life. However, some individuals from more well-off households take their time to consider the offer, weighing the potential benefits and drawbacks before making a decision.

I am confident that these individuals won't betray me anytime soon, especially since they have signed a five-year contract with my guild. I have created an environment where they feel valued and respected, and I believe they will stay loyal. In fact, I am certain that after seeing the great community we have built together, they will not want to leave my guild for any other.

I am currently only employing fifty players for my guild, but I plan to hire more in the future. Today, all fifty players gathered in front of me in the auditorium. We have a lot to cover in our first meeting. I greet them warmly and start discussing the guild's objectives and goals. We discuss the various departments of the guild, including marketing, finance, and development.

I explain to them that we need to work as a team to succeed and achieve our goals. I also mention that I want them to treat this guild as their own and be passionate about their work. After the meeting, we have an icebreaker activity to help them get to know each other better. It's crucial for the team to bond and work together effectively. I took them for an AI test to determine their post in the guild.

As I wait for the results, I walk around the auditorium and observe the players. Some are nervously fidgeting, while others seem confident in their abilities. The AI has done a great job in evaluating their performance in the tests.

Finally, the results came out and I read them out loud. "Congratulations to those who scored well in the tests, you will be given the higher posts in our guild. Those who didn't score well will be given lower posts and will have to work harder to improve."

I can see some disappointment on the faces of those who didn't do well, but I reassure them that they can still work their way up with hard work and dedication. After all, this is just the beginning.

We then move on to discussing the plans for the guild and the roles and responsibilities of each post. I can see the excitement building up among the players as they realize the potential of the guild and the opportunities it presents.

As we wrap up the meeting, I remind them of the importance of teamwork and collaboration in achieving our goals. With that, they all disperse to start their new roles in the guild.

"Now that you know your position, form groups as stated in the order and start playing the game. Make your character today and get familiar with the game first," I instruct them. They all nod their heads and head to their assigned rooms.

The four vice guild masters, twelve administrators, four fighting masters, and four training masters go to their designated offices to start planning their strategies. The others, who are good fighters but not in any leadership position, start forming groups among themselves to start playing the game.

I observe them from the central control room, monitoring their progress and noting any areas that need improvement. It's going to be a long journey, but I am confident that we will make the Infinity Group one of the best guilds in the game.

I am appointing one vice guild master for each branch. The logistics branch will have a vice guild master who will oversee all the logistics operations of the guild. The fighting and quests branch will be the main fighting force and will be responsible for completing quests for the guild.

The merchant and lifestyle branch will oversee all the other professions except fighting, such as chefs, potion makers, blacksmiths, ruinsmiths, and engineers (architects and others). The last branch will be administration, which will oversee the cities and towns that the guild will have in the future.

Each vice guild master will have three administrators under them. The fighting branch will have four fighting masters and training masters to train the guild members.
