The bloodline fruit can be found in a dark forest, where the blood tree absorbs blood from other monsters and gives birth to the fruit, which can enhance any bloodline below emperor level and raise it up to the level of an emperor.
However, there is a drawback - it requires blood for the process, and in this case, the emperor himself has to provide blood for his son.
