Using my divine scan, I quickly gather information about the city and its bustling streets. As I make my way through the crowds, I notice that many people have come to Maple City to trade with other parties, as the prices here are much better than in other cities near the borders of the various empires and kingdoms.
Eventually, I arrived at the Adventure Association, a place where adventurers and merchants alike come to buy and sell goods, trade information, and seek out new opportunities. Making my way to the reception, I am struck by the beauty and strength of the receptionist, who is quite formidable even by the standards of the empire's elite.
"Hello, I would like to purchase some land in the city," I say to her. "Could you tell me how I can go about doing that?"
The receptionist listens attentively to my request and replies in a polite tone, "For common land or land in the outskirts of the city, it can be purchased with gold. Land inside the city for a house can also be bought with gold. However, for land in posh areas, you will need a noble title. And for land in the business district or core district, you will require a high noble title or a baron title respectively."
"Very good," I responded. "I want to buy a house in a housing district with a teleport function. I already have a blueprint for the house. Can you show me the map of available land for purchase?"
The receptionist nods and retrieves a map from behind her desk, showing me the available plots of land in the housing district.
The receptionist shows me a map of the available plots and I spend some time surveying the different areas. Eventually, I settled on a plot of land located near the bustling business district, with a beautiful view of the lush greenery and the river flowing nearby. The surrounding area is peaceful, and it's the perfect location for my new house.
After negotiating the price, I handed over three thousand gold coins to the receptionist to purchase the land. I also inquire about the cost of construction, and she informs me that it would be around two thousand gold coins.
Excited to start building my new home, I thank the receptionist and head off to make arrangements for the construction to begin.
"Can you give me more details about these ruins?" I asked her with curiosity.
"Well, these ruins are said to be cursed and many people who have entered never returned. However, some rumors say that there are treasures hidden inside that can make you rich beyond imagination," she explained.
"I see. Can you give me the location of these ruins?" I inquired.
"Sorry, I can't give you the exact location as it's forbidden to enter those areas. It's also highly dangerous for an individual to enter alone," she warned.
"Alright, thanks for the information," I said as I left the association building, thinking about the possibilities of exploring those ruins.
It will take some time to finish the house so I decided to explore the ruins before it finishes up.
Using my divine scan ability, I locate the largest and most advanced ruin and make my way towards it. From what I can gather, this ruin must have been a significant city or possibly even the capital city of a long-forgotten kingdom or empire.
The ruin is located in a map that requires a player to be at least level one hundred to access. Given that the Twin Dragon Empire is only at level eight, not many players are capable of exploring a ruin of this caliber.
As I approach the entrance to the ruin, I can feel a sense of unease wash over me. There are rumors that higher-level monsters and deadly traps inhabit these ruins, but I am confident in my abilities to handle them.
With the help of my trusty rainbow phoenix, I fly towards the ruins that are located far away from Maple City. As we soar above, I am mesmerized by the breathtaking view of the landscape, which is free from any pollution and covered with lush greenery.
Upon reaching the ruins, I notice that the area is infested with monsters. I command my phoenix to eliminate the monsters while I focus on exploring the ruins. My main motive for coming to this particular ruin is the biggest treasury among all the ruins in the region.
Although the ruins have not been fully explored, it is said that the treasury is hidden somewhere inside. I cautiously move forward, making sure to avoid any traps that might be lurking in the shadows.
I look around the ruins and see the remains of ancient architecture that once stood tall. The walls are crumbling, and vines have grown over them, but there is still an air of mystery and power in the ruins.
As I move deeper into the ruins, I encounter more and more powerful monsters. The phoenix continues to fight them off, and I gain a massive amount of experience points thanks to the talent I purchased.
"Your pet killed a level seventy monster, granting you 10,000 experience points. With the talent effect of 100 times, the experience gain is 1,000,000 experience points," the system announces.

I continue to explore the ruins, finding hidden chambers and secret passageways. The traps are deadly, but with the phoenix by my side, we are able to navigate them safely.
Despite the dangers, I keep moving forward, following the clues and signs that lead me closer to the treasury.
