'Let's see...Let my eyes see the flow of magic.' I command, and the blessing answered.
A room plated to no end with extravagant luxury was turning into something beyond my comprehension.
Myriads of colors adorned and drifted all across the room, but the ambiance that was born out of them was never chaotic. Instead, they weaved and moved gently and harmoniously, following a certain rhythm that I couldn't hope to understand.
Be that as it may, the connection soon disappeared, and the world returned to normal.
'Well, that is awesome!' I expressed my heartfelt praise.
Then again, the people in the room who often share my moment of mischief seemed to argue otherwise.
Long story short, whenever the blessing of danger was buzzing, my body trembled like I was about to croak. The more severe the warning, the harsher the seizure got.
So when I was limit-testing my magic, the whole house went into an uproar. Often times even Father, who was obviously swamped with work, showed up with hastened gaits.
'This can't go on...I need to practice, and it'll be a headache if they try to stop me whenever I'm doing something.' Thought me.
The blessing's design was to make something out of my mind into reality, and if I needed to be specific about using the blessing, that meant I was still weak.
With this blessing, it knew not the impossible, but how far my imagination could take me, and whether I could temper my body to withstand all of that or not.
That's why limit-testing each day was very important.
So, I devised a simple plan that would soon take place on the weekend. That was the perfect moment because everyone usually gathered in my room on that day.
Thus, came the weekend...
The day went on normally, with mother and sister spending their day inside my room. I quietly observed them, waiting.
When the maid opened the door and welcomed Father along with his assistant, the butler, I knew that the time was ripe. So, I enacted the plan.
First, I blew a warm breeze into the unsuspecting three, drawing their attention. And when I got them...
'Levitate my body a foot high from this position.' Then, I float.
Moving by my logic, I could honestly picture how shocked and horrified their reactions would be. And frankly, my guts were correct this time around, so in order to keep it down, I gave out a series of commands with the word magic.
'Reduce the sounds coming out from this room.' First was the sound.
My sister and mother aside, Father was the one I was worried about. Befit that of a head in the family, he turned toward the butler, frantically shouting something.
'Move that closet sideways and block the door.' Second was the access to the room.
The butler and maid jumped in surprise when they found the huge luxurious closet moving as if it had a life of its own and barred the door.
'Now...I have to be careful with this one...'
The third command...was the people themselves...My Mother specifically speaking, since she looked like she was about to jump and fetch me in the air.
'Make a wind wall that gently pushes back everything that comes close.'
She was crying while looking at me, scared that something was happening to me, and terrified that she might hurt me should she force her way in. It felt weird seeing Mother crying, but stopping midway wouldn't do anyone good. It certainly wouldn't do me any good whatsoever in the long run.
And so, the one-man puppet show reached its climax.
I couldn't feel my limit yet, but somehow, I had a hunch it'd be soon enough before I was out of gas and the warning came pouring out like no tomorrow.
With no time to lose, I issued command after command with my mind. Hoping to convey a single and straightforward message to everyone present in the room.
'Raise my right arm slowly and point my finger at myself.' You see...
'Remove the prices god places on m-' The warning came as usual, and the world quaked harshly in my eyes. Whenever I'm doing something like this, my body will shake like I'm about to die...even then, I'll be fine. This is normal.
'Point my finger at me again, with my left arm too.' You see...
'Now put both my thumbs up.' I'm totally fine. Stop worrying excessively about me.
'Raise the corner of my mouth, not wide like the freaking joker...just a little...' See, I can even joke around and smile at you people like this.
The reactions I got at the end of my performance were, indeed...nothing...
Nobody moved a muscle.
There was only me who started shaking in earnest because I finally arrived at my limit.
'Enough with the wind wall. Land me down slowly and gently to the bed.'
They looked at me, gaping in the process. It was Father, the first one to gain his bearings back. He bolted right beside my bed. Mother and sister followed suit right after.
'Point my finger at me again with my left hand. Make a thumb up with my right hand. Smile lightly like before.' Yes. Look at this.
I'm totally fine, people!
