Sarah was waiting at the door. She couldn't close her eyes, even though she tried. So, after she put Aurora to sleep, she went straight downstairs and waited for Noah there. Glancing once again at the big standing clock on the left side of her, she frowned. It was already thirty minutes past midnight, but there was no glimpse of Noah in her sight. Tired of standing, she crouched down, mumbling, "Is he okay?"
"Madam…" The voice of Aunt Liz startled Sarah quite a bit. "Oh, I'm sorry. I am just worried about you waiting here…" She apologised right away when she realised her calling just now, surprising Sarah.
Sarah shook her head with a smile on her lips, "It is okay…" She stood up, "I'm going up for a while, taking my phone… Noah is too late. I kind of worry."
"Ah… That's how he is, the time you went missing too…" Aunt Liz said, halting Sarah's step. "He sometimes comes back at two or three in the morning and then goes back again at eight…"
