"It's okay, Matt. I will drive," Noah tapped Matthew's shoulders lightly. "Go and have a rest today. Meet me at eight tomorrow." He took the car key from Matthew's hand and opened the passenger door for Sarah.
As Noah got into the driver's seat, he glanced at Sarah with a reassuring smile. "I think the best profession for you is acting," he chuckled, starting the car.
Sarah rolled her eyes, "Huh! That's funny. Someone who went missing for a week tried to make a joke, thinking it would brush away his sudden disappearance?" Sarah said with sarcasm intact.
Noah widened his eyes, "Can I consider that as you missing me?" he teased playfully, moving closer to Sarah's face. "I missed you," he confessed with a smile.
Sarah was taken aback by the sudden confession, her cheeks flushing with surprise. She tried to compose herself but ended up coughing in surprise. "Just drive…" she pushed Noah's face away.
