Chapter 8 - < Episode 7. Counter slash counter.

Episode seven. Slash counter slash. >

[reverse slash]

It was a skill only Leonil, the protagonist of Winter War 3, had.

A distinct type of swordsmanship blow.

The counter slash judgement assault was a skill attack, not a regular strike.

At the same moment as a little quantity of mana is expended, 300% more magic damage is inflicted that cannot be dealt with with conventional strikes.

Leonil's ability to employ the counter slash effectively was critical in solving the plot early on.

Of course, Ku Sung-grasp sung's of Counter Slash with the world's greatest nutub in Winter War 3 was unparalleled.

If he was determined enough, he may defeat the last boss with simply a counter slash.

The footage was, in fact, published on You Tube.

-Wow, that's when the counter slash appears.

-Isn't it a sham judging?

- The person who opens the judgement is a jerk. Take it on for size. Is that the case?

What exactly are you insulting?

-I've tried it over and over, but it doesn't work. I believe it is a composite video.

The illness B. It's simply that you're incapable of dealing with it.

b Give it a shot once in a while.

fraud? synthesis?

That was not the case.

I just did it a million times in a spot where no one was looking and no one knew.

My fingers ached, and I simply continued doing it, not knowing when the patch would break off.

Hence, complete Counter Slash proficiency was acquired.

It was natural for you to know when to avoid it if you knew that much.

Fellas, on the other hand, had to match the timing with his entire body, not just his fingers.

Yet there was one thing that was definite.

I felt certain, for some reason, that I was confident enough.

Fire!

Leonil's counter-slash stretches out like a massive wave.

Pelas twisted his wrist just as the skill was about to erupt.

Pelas' movement has nothing to do with a counterattack, evasion, or skill.

Cancellation of a flat strike.

If you have played Winter War 3, it is a basic ability among the basics that are well recognised.

That was the end of it.

Yet, if the fundamental skill was correctly prepared, it may have had a greater influence than the skill.

As in today's Pelas.

Huong...

A counter slash that vanishes as if it never existed at all.

Leonil's eyes shook and he lost his bearings as a result.

The counter slash I was most confident in, hurled with assurance, vanished like the wind in an instant.

"Um, why?..."

Leonil would have noticed, even if he was humiliated, if he had played Winter War 3.

This is due to the regular hit cancellation.

For him, though, this was not a game, but rather the reality of living a single life.

Yet, in most cases, there was no such thing as cancelling regular hits.

'I must be strange because I utilise anything similar to standard hit cancel.'

In actuality, the counter slash mechanic was straightforward.

Counters and vehemently counters the opponent's attack.

But what if there are no attacks to defend against?

Counter Slash was unable to be used.

As a result, Pelas nullified the flat hit.

A counter slash with a flat impact.

And the end product.

'Exactly as expected, with no errors!'

'

Pelas' expression was one of relaxation and gladness.

Of course, I had a trump card called regular hit cancellation ready, but I hadn't tried the counter slash vanishing yet.

In truth, it was more appropriate to state that Leonil was the only one who could use Counter Slash in the first place, thus he couldn't test it even if he tried.

Yet he was plainly convinced.

Because I have seen with my own eyes that the bug works.

Of course, there were some concerns.

In any case, the outcome was positive.

Leonil was still in shock as a result of this.

'Now!

'

Of course, it was a brief period.

But, in a conflict where swords are flying everywhere, time is relative.

The short period of time was extremely beneficial to Pelas and filled a significant need.

Pelas took advantage of the situation and stabbed his sword.

Pooh!

Pelas' sword penetrated Leonil's shoulder cleanly.

"Keuk!"

Leonil's senses returned as the chilly ache travelled through his shoulder.

With a quick grunt, he took a few steps back.

Leonil clenched his teeth and swung his blade again to prevent Pelas from stabbing it any more.

Pelas, on the other hand, had no intention of backing down.

Yet, Leonil was a horrible person who beat the money-maker Fultem Fellas.

I didn't want to watch that monstrous person regroup and launch another attack.

For the most terrible beast is a wounded one.

Thus Pelas clung to Leonil's shoulder with his sword, avoiding lethal wounds with minimum movement.

Chew! Chew!

Vital organs emerged on Fellas' sides and faces in an instant.

Leonil's sword assault was powerful even after one of his shoulders was punctured.

Pelas twisted his blade open Leonil's wound to stop his sword attack.

"Kuaaaa!!"

Leonil shouted and fell to the ground.

Pelas took advantage of the opportunity and walked his legs deeply.

Leonil had already lost his equilibrium and rolled on the floor.

Kudangtangtang!

As Leonil collapsed to the ground, Fellas kicked him in the head.

baek!

Leonil fell asleep with a happy murmur.

Nelsong, who was watching from the sidelines, too appeared to have made a mistake.

Due of the little pause, the Assassins of the Dimeo family slammed Nelson to the ground and bound him.

"Let go, you cretins!!"

The Assassins also immediately rendered Nelson unconscious.

via physical force.

Fuck!

* * *

"Shut it down..."

Nelsong grimaced and opened his eyes slowly.

Nelson took a time to survey his surroundings.

I couldn't see what was directly in front of me because it was dark, but I could tell it was a tight place.

like a jail.

He opened his eyes as though the final recollection had returned to him.

"Huh!"

He lowered his gaze to his body.

A strong rope was used to bind the entire body.

My arm would not budge no matter how hard I twisted it.

Suddenly I heard a familiar voice from near me.

"By force, it's impossible."

Nelsong shook his head.

What was there was Leonil, whose body was similarly bound as his own.

Nelsong bit his lower lip.

"What sort of a shame is this?"

Nelson had no idea this would happen.

He was the one who meticulously and silently planned everything so that Pelas couldn't even prepare.

I was confident because I hadn't done it once or twice before when sneaking into a place.

Besides, that Leonil guy had some serious skills.

Nelsong couldn't help but notice because they had crossed swords when they first met.

That was because he was a man who thought he was born differently than others.

However, the DiMeo family's insanity was the polar opposite.

'I've seen him numerous times using his blade...'

It would be correct, considering the countess held a sword on the street multiple times.

And, in Nelsong's recall, Pelas had a very low level.

It had progressed to the point where I could play with it if it weren't for the money.

He was rescued simply because he was a nobleman.

I just did not touch it.

Yet, as a robber, he was confident enough to chop off at least the limbs of Pelas if he could assault the rear at night.

"I never believed I'd lose to that moron."

Suddenly, the lights turned on, and a crowd poured in.

"Are you humiliated about your defeat to that idiot?"

"

Nelsong directed his attention to the voice.

Pelas stood tall and proud, like a victorious general.

Nelsong just stared at him.

But, nothing changed.

Pellas was the winner, and Leonil and Nelsong were the losers.

Pelas drew a chair from the corner and took a seat in front of them.

"Normally, when we disagree during a conversation, we point our swords at each other, but since we've already pointed our swords, shall we talk?"

"You don't have anything to say to me?"

Nelson's demeanour encouraged the jail warden to take the initiative.

"Who is this guy?"

Pelas stretched out and grabbed his wrist.

"It's fine."

"I apologise, big lad."

"Can we continue where we left off?" "First... the reason you broke into our house?"

"Are you asking because you're unsure?"

Of course, Pelas was fully aware.

It was as a result of the rumours he disseminated.

Nelsong kept snarling and baring his fangs like a mad beast.

"Or are you confined to your home and have no idea what's going on outside?"

Felas paused for a while before rolling his eyes and snapping his fingers.

"Well, might it just be due of that?"

Nelsong's eyes widened as he heard the phrase "at best."

"At least now?" "At least now?"

When the conflict intensified, the guards came forward and pushed Nelsong's shoulders.

Leonil didn't move, either, but his eyes were angry.

Pelas was fully aware of the cause for those eyes.

Leonil was another figure who embarked on an expedition to discover his brother's adversary.

That is why I chose to team up with Nelson.

Pelas' purpose for lightly touching their nerves was straightforward.

'The two of you should merge for my piece of mind.'

Only then would Leonil and Nelsong be able to avert a worldwide calamity.

The perils of Winter War 3's last chapter.

These two had to put a stop to it.

To accomplish so, the two had to go through crises and face life and death together in order to create trust.

What Pelas is doing right now is the foundation for establishing trust between the two.

They need a proper adversary to enhance their trust till they get close.

'I'll have to play the villain for a while in order to have a calm future.'

If they accomplished this correctly, the two of them would save the world from a future calamity.

Meanwhile, I was able to play, eat, and live normally.

Pellas spoke to the two, whose blood was boiling, about a peaceful future.

"Then and only then."

"This puppy is here to stay!"

"Hey, Nelsong, why can't I just say nothing while you're going crazy with all of this nonsense?"

Nelsong's countenance transformed the instant he heard the term nonsensical.

"What exactly do you mean?"

"Rumors, that your brother died at my hands."

"what?"

Nelson appeared to have been hit in the back of the head.

Pelas proceeded before coming to his senses.

"Will we then meet face to face? Havertz! Bring me!"

"yes."

Havertz bent his head in response to Pelas' comments and summoned someone outside.

"Let them in."

Someone came in from outside as soon as he finished speaking.

Like Nelson and Leonil, one person was securely tied, while the other two on the left and right were holding that person.

Glenn was the individual who was imprisoned.

As Nelson and Leonil spotted Gren, their eyes opened.

The emotion on his face was obvious.

Pelas silently grinned when he saw them like that.
