Tony flew around and said "I got it. Create a heat seal. I could supercharge the spire from below… Thor, I got a plan." Thor replied "We're out of time. They're coming for the core."
Steve said "Cloak." Ace apparated to the Church, replying "Got it. Little one, stay with the civilians." Hermione said "But-" Ace cut her off, saying gently "You've done excellently. I'm proud of you, remember what I said before?"
Hermione sighed and nodded, "Yes, Master." as she guarded the bridge. Tony said "Rhodey, help the little wizard." Rhodey said "There's two now?" as he flew to the bridge as the rest went to the church.
Ace landed in the church and raised his staff into the sky, saying "Thor." Thor looked over as lightning fell into the staff, Ace pointed it at Thor, who swung his hammer out. The lightning was blasted into a group of Robots, annihilating them instantly.
Thor caught Mjolnir and smiled "Nice one." Ace smiled "Wasn't too bad yourself." Tony landed next to them saying "You can flirt later, ladies." as he blasted a chest beam around.
Steve, Clint, Wanda, and Pietro arrived and started fighting off robots as Tony looked around saying "Romanoff. You and Banner better not be playing 'hide the zucchini'." Natasha replied "Relax, shellhead. Not all of us can fly." as she drove a truck through the church wall.
Hulk landed down from the sky and everyone turned to see Ultron.
Thor spread his arms, shouting "Is that the best you can do?!" Ultron raised his hand and everyone watched as a tide of robots flooded towards them. Steve let out a breath, saying "You just had to ask."
Ace stood on the drill in the middle of the church, adding "Could be worse." just as he spoke, another tide fell from the sky, floating in the air. Steve turned to him and said "Seriously?"
Ace was stunned and Ultron looked at everyone saying "This is the best I can do. This is exactly what I wanted. All of you against all of me. How can you possibly hope to stop me?" Tony looked at Ultron before saying "Well, like the old man said…" as he turned to Steve, "Together."
Ace sighed, "Oh boy…" as Hulk roared and the tide swarmed towards the church. Everyone started fighting and Ace waved his staff around, a flame dragon appeared, swimming around the group, driving through Robots like they were butter.
Ultron dove into the Church and the red android person thing engaged him as they brawled in the air. A yellow beam shot at Ultron from the red android's forehead and blasted Ultron out of the church.
Thro stepped out and fired lightning at him, Tony also shot lasers at him, and Ace stepped out pointing his staff at Ultron, firing a purple laser that crackled with electrical arcs.
Ultron raised his hands, blasting out a flame beam, and blocked the 4 attacks. Everyone stepped forward and Ultron stepped back before taking a knee as his body started to glow bright orange.
They stopped and Ultron groaned, stumbling up.
Suddenly, Hulk appeared and punched Ultron flying into the sky, roaring.
A ton of Ultron bots started running away and the Hulk chased after them. Rhodey flew by and said "Nuhuh, I didn't say you could leave!" as he shot them down, however, the android flew after them, destroying every single one.
Ace let out a breath and leaned on his staff, saying "Who did you say that was again?" Tony replied "Vision, new robot." Ace sighed, "One after the other, eh?" Thor looked at the staff and said "Nidavellir?"
Ace held out the staff, saying "Yeah, very nice, right?" Steve passed them saying "Later! We gotta move out. Even I can tell the air is getting thin. You guys get to the Helicarrier. I'll sweep for stragglers. Be right behind you."
Clint said "What about the core?" Wanda spoke, "I'll protect it." Clint looked at her and she said "It's my job." Clint nodded before turning to Natasha, saying "Nat. This way." as he ran off.
Steve pointed at Ace saying "You're coming with me. Look for civilians." Ace nodded and they ran off. Ace said "This is slow. Jump." Steve looked at him and jumped as Ace apparated and grabbed Steve, shooting off.
They landed near the people and Steve shook his head, saying "Never again." Ace chuckled and waved his hand, turning a building to cards, catching a cat and putting it on the ground.
They started clearing civilians and Clint went to pick up a kid.
Suddenly, a jet appeared, firing bullets!
It went straight for Clint, but Pietro ran over, pushing them out of the way as bullets shot up a cloud of dust.
Clint looked over to see Pietro completely fine.
Ace stood in front of him with a shield up, he sighed and said "These bullets get harder and harder to block, one day one of 'em's gonna go right through my head…" as he turned around, looking at Pietro.
Pietro looked up and Ace coughed up blood, touching his stomach, muttering "Nice job, kid. You look like a real hero now." as a green energy healed his bullet wound. Ace groaned and cracked his neck, pulling out a high caliber bullet, throwing it at Pietro, adding "Souvenir." before walking away, wiping the blood from his lips.
Pietro caught the bullet and looked at Clint, who was holding the kid. Clint sighed and said "That was badass." Pietro squeezed the bullet, swallowing as he replied "You can say that again." before bringing Clint to the Helicarrier along with the kid.
Hulk landed on the Helicarrier and dropped Natasha off before jumping back and getting into the jet, throwing Ultron out of it, back to the city.
Thor went to the Church and sent Wanda to the Helicarrier.
Steve stood on the Helicarrier, saying "Everyone's clear, bridge is no longer needed." Ace let out a breath and snapped his fingers, the cards all turning to flower petals and floating down to the ground.
He leaned on his staff and Hermione said "Master, I'm on the Helicarrier." Ace replied "Good, stay there. Tony, where do you need me." Tony replied "Well, wait a sec. There's gonna be a lot of debris coming down."
Ace sighed and walked over to a bus, looking down at Ultron, asking "Are you happy with this result?" Ultron replied "I still win." Ace sighed and shook his head, replying "No. You lose… and maybe more than you can afford."
Ultron looked at Ace and said "If you stay here, you'll die." Ace snorted and smiled slightly, touching Ultron's face as he said "So you are kind. Why did you waste the life you were given?"
Before Ultron could answer, the city started shooting down to the ground!
Ace floated in the air inside the bus as Ultron powered down, singing "There are no strings on me…" Ace looked at the robot corpse and touched it, throwing it into his bag before flying out of the bus on a broom, diving down under it as fast as he could.
Before he could react, the entire thing exploded!
Ace apparated under it and stood on his broom, thrusting his staff into the sky, groaning "Come on, come on, come on…" a gigantic magic circle appeared, growing bigger as debris fell on it, turning to flower petals as it passed through the magic circle.
Ace's hood flew off as his eyes were blindingly bright, glowing purple! He shouted "COME ON!" as the magic circle turned purple and expanded by 4 times, covering the entire area!
All the debris turned to flower petals safely falling to the ground below, however!
A massive pillar of metal smashed through the magic circle, not changing at all!
The magic circle started to crack and Ace held up his other hand, mending the circle as the debris all fell through.
He sighed and looked down as the metal pillar landed in a lake, luckily.
He flew down and touched the metal, frowning hard as it started creaking before turning into a huge solid cube!
Ace smiled in relief before tucking it away in his bag and falling into the water, floating on the surface.
He stared at the sky and coughed, "Next time bring mana potions…" as he closed his eyes, floating around in the water silently.
