TOME 10 PART 7; IDENTIFYING CRIMINALS IN A LOCATION AFTER GETTING A TIP AND DIFFERENTIATING LEGITIMATE LAW ENFORCEMENT FROM 'CROOKS'
THE EASIEST WAY TO IDENTIFY CRIMINALS
1. When you walk into a Bar after getting a Tip of a Criminal's Location, do not interrogate anyone in the Bar for the very fact that the Criminal can walk in and out of there without questions implies that everyone in there is complicit in hiding him. That is the first great act of folly any Cop can commit.
2. Bring out your Gun, make sure everyone understands that you are about to fire a Few Rounds while making it clear that no one is allowed to move.
3. Fire your Gun towards the Ceiling if there is only one Level in the Location. If the Location has higher floors, fire towards the Ground to ensure that no one gets hurt but beware of ricochets.
4. The idiot that tries to flee the scene is automatically guilty of Crime. The very fact that he feels compelled to run is an admission of Guilt but beware for some are scared of Cops because they have undergone terrible experiences under 'Crooked Cops'.
HOW TO DEAL WITH THE IDIOT AT THE INTERROGATION 'HALL'
1. In the very First Place, his attempt to escape from the scene of the Crime is an Admission of Guilt in its own right. Anyone who has truly undergone trauma under crooked cops and is scared of them would be paralyzed the moment a 'Cop' shows up and will not attempt to run.
2. Bring out the torture device, 'a Full Bucket Of Water'.
3. Blindfold him so he cannot see his surroundings.
4. The Nightmare torture phase begins by making a lot of threatening sounds in an Environment he cannot perceive.
5. Turn him upside down and dunk him into the Bucket.
6. If he is truly innocent, he will be willing to die for his ideals. That in itself shall be a proof of his 'innocence' if he can endure the 'torture' without 'admitting guilt'.
DETECTING 'CROOKED COPS' WHO COME TO YOUR 'HOUSE' CLAIMING THEY HAVE AN 'ARREST WARRANT FOR SOMEONE IN YOUR HOUSE
1. In the First Place, any Cop wanting to arrest a Person must do this in his 'Uniform Of Office' and not 'Plain Clothes' and must carry an 'Arrest Warrant' that is 'verifiable'.
2. Tell him, you want to take a Beautiful Snapshot of him. if he starts to show signs of 'discomfort', that is the first 'Red Flag'. A Police Personnel is different from a Military Man. Military Personnel are all about War, 'Police Personnel' are all about 'Community Service'.
3. The idiot will of course agree to having a Snapshot of him taken in an attempt to bluff and capitalize on your ignorance. Thank him for that 'bit' of 'Community Service' knowing that he just can't refuse to 'Serve and Protect'.
4. Take your Snapshot but Zoom in and focus on his badge. Show him only the image of the Full Picture Of him you have taken.
5. If at that moment, your Phone starts to malfunction, shows anomalies such as Blurring, Fluctuation, Low Battery, Freezing and the like...that is Red Flag No 2. It just means that 'Crooked Cop' has something to hide.
6. Every Honest Cop wears his Badge over his Heart so if his Badge is over his Lungs, Liver or Stomach, be very wary of him for that is Red Flag number 3.
7. His Badge must be Straight over his Heart. The rigorous training and slaps that every Police Man undergoes in Boot Camp beats Law and Order into them and 'Indiscipline and Disorder' out of them. (That is your Burden as a Cop/Law Enforcement Official, ordinary Civilians don't have to worry about that). In the first place there is a very grievous punishment for any 'Cop' whose 'Badge' is 'Crooked' if he is spotted by a 'Superior'.
8. Look for signs of Asymmetry in his Badge. The Badge of every 'Cop' has perfectly 'Symmetrical Symbols of Icons that portray the Nation's Dearest Ideals'. if his badge shows signs of 'Asymmetry not Assymetry', inform him that you want to verify his mission by calling 911.
9. If he starts to show signs of Discomfort, tries to beat a hasty leave or shows signs of aggression, tell him you forgot something and will make the call later. The idiot of course will show signs of relief, another Red Flag.
10. Provide him with as much 'pointless data' as you can 'even if you have to 'accuse his target of crime' or provide evidence of crime to him' just to make him feel safe but the data must always be pointless. Do this with your most Radiant Smile.
11. When he leaves your house, do not be stupid enough to 'Call the Cops' for you do not know which 'Superior' gave him that 'order' so instead 'consult' your 'Compass' for I put it to you that 'Copper is highly susceptible to Lightning'.
12. I am sure by now the Idiot is screaming 'We need to cut the Live Feed!'
