Chapter 59 - mad at mom

Daisy's POV.

After Richard left for the office, I contacted my professor for permission today with the excuse of being sick. Yeah, I can't say permission. After all, I'm dizzy from being drunk, because so far I'm known as the best student who never even touched alcoholic beverages.

Not knowing what to do, I chose to relax on the terrace, looking at the view while enjoying warm honey water mixed with tea and lemon. It's so fresh, it's slowly reducing my dizziness.

Sometimes I smile, imagining that last night Richard was in trouble because of me, but he never got angry or said rude things to me.

'I hope this is a sign that he does love me,' I thought, then went back to drinking.

Ting tong... Ting tong...

I hear the sound of a bell ringing. I still stay here, feeling too lazy to see who comes. Let it be, Lizzy opened the door.

I was back enjoying my drink when someone came. Turns out it was my mum, she approached me with a worried look.
