Katherine and Ferdinand had arrived at a luxurious apartment with a monochromatic tone, with a wall paint color dominated by cream colors. The woman placed her bag on the gray couch, then walked into another room while Ferdinand sat on the couch.
Ferdinand's gaze, glancing around the immaculate and modernly furnished surroundings, made him think that Katherine was a lonely rich woman.
"Have you had breakfast?" asked Katherine, who returned with a bottle and two beautiful glasses and placed them on the table.
"I've had breakfast," Ferdian said, still awkward.
Katherine sat up, looking at Ferdinand who was also looking at her with discomfort.
"Well ... tell me about yourself," Katherine requested.
"I... I'm from Los Angeles," Ferdinand said, turning his head away. "I'm in this city almost a month," he continued.
"You are alone?"
