Author's POV
"Okay, I'm leaving now!" Aurora said firmly, then hurriedly walked out of the corridor.
"Honey…" Bryan looked at Lawrence resentfully. "You're too much. You shouldn't have done that to her. Her troubles with Richard are over!"
"It's done for you but not for you!" Lawrence replied with emotion. "I know you're defending her because before she worked for you..maybe you have never sincerely apologized to Richard and Daisy, even though they have the right to be together, they have been good to you and that crazy girl by not talking about you two!' She continued angrily.
Bryan narrowed his eyes. "Why do you say that?"
"Because I don't think you need to defend her!"
"I'm not defending her, I just don't want any more fighting."
Lawrence paused, looking at Bryan seriously as if judging whether he was lying or not.
"What?" he asked.
"Nothing," Lawrence replied and continued walking.
