Adam clapped rapidly as he grinned looking at the shocked girl.
Amanda was yet in an utter shock. A girl who was disliked by everybody and was so poor, was suddenly getting so much attention and recognition. Adam could figure out that Amanda was indeed too overwhelmed, so to everybody's surprise Adam climbed down the stairs of the stage and walked up to Amanda's seat.
He then held out his hand, smiling at her. "Miss best dressed, come up. Another award is waiting for you."
Amanda blushed hard as she heard people whispering and talking about her. She placed her hand on his hand, and stood up instantly, walking hand in hand towards the stage. Adam left the girl's hand and his hand encircled his tiny waist, as he helped her climb the stairs.
"Oh goodness. Look at the way Mr. Adam is looking at her."
"He is for sure in love with her."
"He is totally smitten by her. How lovingly he is treating her."
"She has become the star of the event."
