Soon they crossed another lush green garden full of red roses. "Who takes care of all these?" Amanda looked at the man in surprise. "All these plants and other things must require too much care."
"Well the earlier care taker did. And now you will." Adam smiled and turned to look at Amanda who was looking at the gigantic mansion ahead in much awe.
The sprawling building was so high, that its topmost floors were not even visible from a close distance. It was built like an ancient castle, in dark colours. A slight hint of Victorian and British architecture gave it an entirely royal look.
The car halted outside a metallic door, which had beautiful engravings on it and was decorated with gems.
"Are... are these real gems?" Amanda gasped in shock looking at beautiful stones on the door.
