Arriving at the shopping district Shiyanna had long slipped out of her K5 persona and adorned a simple cloak that is commonly sold. Leaving her features obscured but not hidden, kinda get up. Although she did just spend 60 percent of her spending capital, she's nowhere near poor. Her objective in coming here is to buy supplies for her excursion into Beast Barrow Forest.
On the bright side, there is no better way to improve a girl's mood than being financially irresponsible when in emotional turmoil! Avoiding the fact that she's just using it as a cover for her spending issue she quickly entered her first store. Shiyanna decided to buy some outfits seeing as she has been neglecting to acquire any more clothing since arriving here.
Walking into a regular clothing shop Shiyanna began looking around for a new variety. Since she's still so young she wants to purchase unassuming clothes that aren't form fitting and make it difficult to see the characteristics of a person. Although looking at all the cute and nice varieties they have to offer she couldn't help but buy a couple to wear when she's alone.
So far, she has only been wearing dark clothing, but she actually enjoys forestry colors and mellow colors. Ever since being sent out on reconnaissance missions her most peaceful times were when she was deep in enemy territories hiding in forests. It was the only time when she got to be alone with a false sense of freedom.
Captivated by the sight of a beautiful evergreen robe, she instinctively reached out for it, only to find another hand had been quicker. She looked up, startled, to see a petite girl in a light blue jellyfish dress, appearing to be about her age, eyeing her warily as if prepared to battle for the garment now secured in her grasp. Baffled, Shiyanna's mouth twitched involuntarily before she could respond.
"First come first serve..*sigh* It's only a pity that there is another individual around who has great taste in clothing." Taking one last glance at the robe Shiyana regrettably walked away looking to see if they had anything similar.
Spending some more time in the shop Shiyanna headed to the front to check out, satisfied with her skills. Before she finished paying, she felt a hand pat her from behind to see it was the same girl from earlier. Taking a closer look, she saw a cute girl around the age of 13 or 14 years of age.
She had shoulder length dusty rose-colored hair tied up into two braids with white bows adorning the tops of the braids. She had round star-colored eyes currently looking at her intently. Almost squinting at how pale this damned girl she was wondered what she could possibly want.
The girl who was still currently intently looking at She brought her arm up almost shoving the robe in her face. Looking at the girl Shiy almost blurted her inner thought out.\
'Is this girl seriously rubbing her trophy in my face. The nerv-'
Before she could even finish the thought the girl raised her other hand to pull out an identical robe and then it dawned on her that the girl was giving her the other since there was another one. Ecstatic Shiyanna grabbed the robe from the girl and added it to her pile of purchases. Thanking the girl, Shiy headed for the door after completing her purchase and headed to the other shops.
It wasn't long before she noticed a petite blue jellyfish at every store she visited. tired of having to duck and hide in every store. Shiy decided to go into a random store that she didn't need to buy anything from and waited to see what the girl wanted. And lo and behold the same figure walked into the store with determination looking around. Scanning the store with those starry eyes she finally landed on Shiyanna. Marching herself right up to her stating in a matter-of-fact tone.
"I'm Nestia and I want you to be my friend."
Utterly perplexed by the words uttered from this girl's lips Shiyanna was at a loss for words for once. She could tell the girl named Nestia wasn't ill intentioned and meant what she said. But still Shiyanna couldn't help but question her intention,
"Haven't you ever been taught that it's not good to speak to strangers? And it's definitely not kind to stalk someone."
"Stalk? Who said I was stalking. It's you who kept disappearing from me hmph!" crossing her arms across her chest she continued, "If you had simply not ran away, I wouldn't have to stal- ahem coincidentally arrive at the same store as you."
"Well coincidence or not, I don't know if you noticed but I'm not exactly someone who looks to be your type to befriend." Shiyanna said, giving a better view of her face.
Offended, the girl huffed at Shiy, "Who says you get to decide that. I don't need a reason to be friends, I just want to be! Plus, you said I had good fashion so you can't be that bad of a person."
Defeated by that logic and if she was being honest, she kind of enjoyed the girl's personality, It was similar to hers in ways but enjoyable, nonetheless. Not seeing a reason to refuse so Shiyanna simply agreed,
"You caught me there haha. Well then, I guess an introduction is warranted, my name is Shiyanna, and I don't have a last name to give."
Grabbing Shiyanna's arm Nestia quickly led Shiyanna to a nice restaurant with the excuse of catching up on the old times for not knowing each other since they were "kids."
When really, she was just hungry and didn't want to eat alone. Not tearing her facade Shiyanna made sure to lecture her along the way about her random picking of friends if the street and how just because someone compliments her that doesn't mean they are a good person.
She was met with dead air in return as she was completely ignored.
