The clock is ticking with the short arrow indicating at 9. Right in front of that clock, Eliana was sitting on the sofa with her legs resting on each other. She constantly looked at that watch as if her stare would make the time go faster. Just when the longer arrow rested on 3, someone knocked on the door.
"Finally," she said as she lifted herself up to open the door. "What. . ." Her sentence was halted as she saw who it was.
"So you're here," he scoffed. "No wonder why you wanted to hang up quickly.
"I'm running from the police, I have encountered a serial killer, and this is what you care about. So thoughtful,"
"What serial killer?" He frowned.
"If you cared enough, you would have already known," she got inside, leaving the door open.
