/Eliana's POV/
His voice made me freeze in my spot. How long has he been there? Did he hear our conversation? These whole questions ran through my mind until Mia spoke.
"She was telling me about your first kiss," she was calm when she said that like it was true.
"Really?" he turned his head back to me, not believing her words.
"Y. . . Yeah," I forced a smile. "How did you know I was here, though?" I shifted the topic.
"I asked Domenico," he sat beside me, "Mia, can you leave us alone for a second?"
"Sure," she stood up, taking her purse, "I'll call you tomorrow," she blew me a kiss before leaving.
"Is everything okay?" I took his hand, "You seem tensed,"
"I don't know if I should ask you," he sighed, "Can you not get mad?"
"Just ask me, love. I promise I won't get mad," I gave him an assuring smile.
"Fine. I just saw Riccardo leaving. Wanna tell me what he was doing here?" he held my hand firmly.
"He found some information about Paula. He came to share them with me,"
