Chapter 5 - Trevor vs demon
Running out of the restaurant he made his way to an alley that wasn't far away from the restaurant.
He quickly changed into his demon hunters uniform which was inside his spacial ring that was given to him by the association.
These spatial rings were storage tools that was very hard to create since it has a space inside.
Only high ranking demon hunters have one.
Trevor's uniform was a tight black coloured uniform and he wore a black jacket with the letters 'DHA' written on it, he wore a black mask that covered the lower half of his face
He grabbed his weapon which was a long sword. It's hilt had a brown color and it had a circle design.
The sheath was just ordinary as he wore it like a hand bag around his body.
After he got ready he sprinted towards the area of the attack.

After 10 minutes of running he finally got to the scene. It was a one storey convenience store.
Electricity sparked around as he saw claw marks on the walls of the building. It looks like a war scene or one of those werewolf movies.
"Oh no.." he ran into the building at full speed, afraid that height be too late.
He almost slipped and fell as the ground was all wet.
He switched on a small torch from his wrist watch and saw that the liquid on the floor was red, thick and had a metallic smell that he knows.
'This is blood'
He moved his torch slowly towards the front of him and that's when the light reached a pile of bloodied and gory bodies with various organs ripped out.
His eyes shone as he mumbled "What happened here?...."
"Cah..."
He turned as he heard someone from the other room and he ran towards the room that he heard a noise.
On getting there he saw a white haired boy using his body to defend a woman that was bleeding.
"I'LL TAKE YOUR LIVES...IN EXCHANGE FOR THAT ARROGANCE"
He didn't know the situation but he saw that the demon was going for it's kill as it lunged at the white haired boy and the woman. On instinct he rushed towards them.
Trevor's body seems to glow a faint white light as he left a trail of light as he dashed at non human speed.
'Sacred release'
He balled his hand into a fist as the hand glowed a bright light like as if there was another layer of hand on his own.
He got in front of the demon and punched the demon straight in the jaw, uppercut style.
"AHHH...." the demon flew backwards.
Trevor looked back and saw that both the boy and the woman have fallen unconscious.
He bent down and placed his hands over them and his palms glowed a white light before two balls of light flew into their bodies.
"This will keep you alive for now" he said as he stood up and turned around.
"HOW DARE YOU, LOWLY HUMAN. I'LL CHOP YOU INTO MANY PIECES AND SEND YOU TO YOUR ANCESTORS YOU MOTHER FUCKER. ARHHH"
The demon lunged itself towards Trevor in rage for interrupting his happiness.
"Tsk... you'll pay for what you've done"
He put his hand towards his back as he unsheathed the sword and it was in full view now.
It was a silver thin sword that has various runes and symbols.
"For all the people you've killed"
He straightened the sword and the runes seem to light up and the edge of the blade all over lit up a white light too.
"And for interrupting my date"
He vanished from his position as he was too fast for human eyes to see.
He ran towards the demon leaving a trail of light as he ran.
"DIE!!!!"
The demon caught up to him and swung it's claws towards him.
Trevor used the flat side of the blade to party the hand of the demon and with skill and precision he slashed the demon's chest.
The sword released a wave of light and as Trevor danced with the sword, trails of light seems to follow the sword and him.
Trevor's movements looked extremely blurry and it was hard for the demon to see anything and only endure pain.
Soon the demon was backed into a corner and it's body had many injuries and cuts by now.
"Today will be your last demon" Trevor said in rage as he walked towards the demon.
The demon didn't look at the sword he was holding before and now that he looked at it, it noticed why it wasn't healing.
Demons can't be killed by ordinary weapons and the angels bestowed upon the humans a special rock called 'Mirthle' that the humans have used to make weapons till date.
The angelic power of the rock in a weapon cancels out the regenerative abilities of the demons and this was how human revolution began back then.
The demon then ran to it's right and picked up a dead body of a man.
It opened it's jaws wide, revealing it's sharp teeth and bit the head off of the man.

The demon tossed the body away as it's skin began pulsing.
"I won't go down that easily, we'll go down together you punk"
The demon wanted to return home too but it was scared that this hunter might be the end of him.
He used a blood sacrifice which will boost his power for a short period of time.
It's muscles bulged as it expanded and it grew a feet taller.
"This is where you end human" the demon got in a stance and got ready for Trevor.
Trevor decided not to let his emotions get to him and be calm at this moment.
He held the sword by his side and the blade glowed again, this time, the edges of the blade glowed as well.
His eyes seem to shine a golden light as his aura got more powerful.
The demon felt this overwhelming aura but decided not to back down as it will hurt his pride as a demon.
Trevor showed no fear as he stared at the demon straight at the face, his eyes were filled with anger as he waited for the demon to move.
*BOOM*
The floor cracked as the demon lunged at Trevor whose eyes seems to shine as he retaliated.
