After practicing for her interview, Luciana walked out of bedroom heading to Celina's own when something caught her attention. A shadow was casted down the stairs and she knew it wasn't Celina.
She retreated back to her bedroom, hoping by the time she comes out,it wouldn't be there. She'd heard her parents and even the elders in her clan talking about wolf hunters. Their jobs is track a known wolf, take it to their lab, experiment on it.
She knows she's safe from this because she hasn't transformed but that doesn't stop her from being the alpha's only daughter, loathed daughter. She added and sighed when she heard Celina's lively voice, singing to a tune from Alicia keys. She left her bedroom hurriedly and met Celina at the top of the stairs.

"You won't believe what I saw." Luciana said, staring at the same spot where she saw the shadow. "Have you heard of wolf hunters?" She asked and Celina nodded. "Of course, what did you see?" She asked as Luciana sighed.
"A shadow,at the bottom of those stairs." She replied as Celina's face lost it's glow. "Don't think too much about it. Am sure it's nothing." Celina said, patting Luciana lightly on her back. Luciana turned and walked back into her room as Celina walked briskly to her study.
She paced to and fro in her study, contemplating on calling the only person she can seek help from. Who informed him about the intruder? She thought,planting her butt on her seat.
A mail popped into her phone as she scrolled through it. She rolled her eyes at the content, smirking when she read the last part.
If she's going to bring the black wolves to their knees, she'd need to have several people on her side. After what she went through in the hands of the black wolves,all she wants is their down fall, using Luciana is her main aim.

She walked into her bedroom,fixed her wig on then applied her blood red lipstick. The last thing she wants is for someone to recognize her,after all she was among the leaders in the clan until they banished her.
She scoffed, recalling how they sent giant wolves,more powerful wolves to chase her into the woods.
She walked out of the house, without letting Luciana know as she got into the truck. She didn't want company and Luciana tagging along might not be a wise decision.

"Nanny,when is father coming back?" Keira asked, eating her lunch as her jaw bobbed up and down. Her nanny smiled, ruffling her hair as she kissed her forehead.
"Very soon, muffin." She replied and walked into the kitchen. Just then, Arielle, Duncan's girlfriend walked through the door, looking around until her gaze locked with that of Keira.
"Oh. Why are you eating alone?" She asked,not wanting to piss the little brat up. She remembered vividly well what happened to the last nanny. Just because she yelled at Keira,she was chased out of the house and the next day her body was found shattered in the woods.
"Father isn't back." Keira replied curtly, looking at the lady in front of her. Her mother had always warned her to stay away from her because she was trouble and Keira really obeyed her mother.
Arielle was tempted to remind the girl that Duncan wasn't her father, infact,he hasn't fathered any child before. It was at the tip of her tongue to tell the child that her father died even before she was born but she clamped her mouth shut. No one dares her,she gets whatever she wants especially on her angry days.
"Can I join you?" Arielle asked, chuckling to herself. She couldn't remember the day she asked someone for something last. Being Duncan's girlfriend earned her,favors,fame and respect but here she was, asking a little girl for something.
"Yes you can." Keira replied,glad to have someone on the table with her. Her mother would have been beside her, wiping her sweat and urging her to eat more but now, she's no more.
The door opened, revealing Duncan with Lycan behind him. "Honey, you're home." She said lowly, walking up to him as she hugged him.
He allowed himself to inhale her fragrance before smiling slightly and pulling away. "Father." Keira called as he picked her up and walked up the stairs. Arielle followed slowly behind, scowling at the little brat who chatted non stop with Duncan.
She quickly opened the door and he walked in as she followed suit.
"You weren't here the other day." She smiled, realizing he was talking to her. "Oh I had a lot to do,you know I lost my assistant." She replied and he scoffed.
"You lost or fired her?" He asked, raising his brows at her as she shrugged. It seems it isn't a wise idea to hide something from him. "She wasn't meeting my expectations." She defended and he nodded.
I've put up a vacancy for an assistant,once you choose you won't be permitted to fire her, except I say so." She nodded, biting her cheeks as Keira brushed her hands over the golden medals Duncan has won since childhood. Her hands itched to touch the pure golds but of course he wouldn't let her,he won't.
She took her eyes to his lips before licking hers. "Baby, I missed you." She whispered, walking slowly to him as he frowned his face. "Not now Arielle. I have a lot of things to do." He replied,his voice suddenly going serious.
"Things to do! More important than I am?" She asked,he didn't reply. He just took his jacket off and walked out of the room.

Damon smiled the minute the truck drove off. Best time to know who the intruder is. He walked slowly till he got to the door, stretching his hands to knock when something got his attention.
A black fur sat on a stone adjacent to the house and if his eyes weren't failing him,he knows it's a wolf and he also knows this particular wolf isn't part of their clan.
He moved towards the fur, trying to make his boots soundless but the next minute,the wolf took off into the woods as he follows swiftly, transforming into a giant black wolf.
