Torma..
The trudge through the forest wasn't all that good with..Levi leaning against me.
'How far is this place from home?' I panted from beneath his shoulder.
'And you came all the way this sides?' Levi mocked, he made me sound stupid.
I 'accidentally' nudged his wound.
He groaned whilst I apologized immediately.
'How am I supposed to get you home?' I sighed. He shook his head.
'Remember? we can't let your mother know!' His breathing calmed down. I could see he looked better than earlier.
I gasped remembering Harrison's place. 'I can take you to where I was tonight!'
He looked a little relaxed.
'I can smell humans near by_'
'Don't say that!' I gasped. He made himself sound even more weird. I had to ask mom about Levi.
'Your silence means you're thinking about what I am_' He sighed. 'I'll save you the trouble..I am what you guys call a Werewolf!'
'Holy smokes..like Scott McCall_'
'Not that lame show..' He groaned.
'Hey! Teen Wolf is literally one of the best werewolf shows!' I defended. I loved Scott and his true Alpha-ness but I was in looove with Jackson, his attitud_
'We on the other hand fully transform_'
'Oh..Like Derrick Hale!' I interrupted when he growled. I gasped. 'I am guessing you are irritated by my comparison_ At least he is sexy!'
Levi gasped. 'And I am not?'
I folded my face in disgust. 'I don't know..ask mom!' I forced him up a path, we could see the murram road. 'You two got something going!'
'Do vampires exist? Are you arch nemeses?' I gasped in realization. 'Avian!'
'Yes..he is one! There Erior infact!' He looked at the sky. This took some of his weight off me. I breathed in before it came crashing back.
'Erior?'
'Yep.. Their leader, a king if you'd want it easier!' Levi looked at me. I smiled but it died when I remembered our last conversation where he referred to me as child.
'And..you? He said something about everyone looking for your arse!' I looked at him. He stiffened.
'You could hear us?'
'Not really! They just come to me like dreams!' I shrugged content with the description.
'Hey?' Levi called for me softly. I hummed in response. 'Why didn't you tell me about your third_'
'Samuelle?' I heard a voice call for me.
I looked and saw Harrison and Thelma walk out of a bush looking flushed and sweaty.
Levi looked at them warily.
'Your highness!' Harrison bowed on seeing Levi. My mouth dropped when I turned to see him.
'Red pup?' He stepped out and winced when my shoulder nudged him.
Harrison growled out and his friends came rushing in growling. I looked at them in shock.
They were looking at me like I was a threat.
Levi growled at them. It was authoritative, even I felt it. They looked at him.
'Samuelle help me inside!' He mumbled. I looked at him wondering how he knew there was a house out here.
I nodded. Harrison stepped out to help but Levi stopped him.
He said something about moving his weight from me would hurt him but I knew he just wanted to torture me.
I helped him to a seat in the house. Tressa looked at me warily, I made a mental note to ask her about it later.
'Water!' Levi gestured at me.
I scoffed. 'I am not your servant!'
The rest growled at me for my disrespect.
Thelma walked in with a jug of water, no glasses. She scoffed when she looked at me.
I creased my brows taken back by the sudden hate vibes I was getting from everyone.
Levi cleared his throat getting everyone's attention.
'Samuelle hasn't done anything to hurt me..she helped me when she found me!' I felt the hate vibes disappear almost immediately he was done. 'In other news, Goré has found its humanity in Samuelle_'
The room filled with gasps mine inclusive. Everyone looked at me like earlier again.
Hate vibes again.
'It's not he fault Goré thinks she's ideal for it. Anyone of us could've been chosen_'
'But she has..it'd be better if we killed her and Goré had no choice!' Harrison said pointedly. I looked at him in shock. He'd just suggested I be killed.
'And..what if Goré chose someone else..like Brownie, your sister!' Harrison shut up immediately.
I saw him steal a glance at Tressa. Maybe she was Brownie?
I felt unsafe in that room, in that audience. My friends. I guess not anymore.
Levi could still be convinced to kill me as well. I took a moment to breathe in and out.
My eyes closed and I blocked all the sound in the room. It wasn't working but I couldn't hear everything clearly.
My eyes opened and everything was slow. Not waiting for another chance, I scrambled for the exit. I ran with all my might.
I tripped at the door and a weight fell on my back. I was dragged back inside and hauled onto the seat next to Levi.
He looked at me silently. I looked at him before his face started to blur. I felt an overwhelming hurt in my throat and found myself crying.
'Hey? No one is going to hurt you here!' Levi cooed. It wasn't helping, I felt an unwelcome pain at the back of my neck.
My hand instantly flew to it and returned bloody. I looked t Levi's expression, he looked shocked. The room begun to spin as a warm thick fluid ran down my nose. I knew it was blood and I was dying.
The dark swallowed me whole just like that.
***
Levi looked at the now unconscious Samuelle. He didn't know how she could've possibly been hurt.
'What did you do?' He growled at Harrison. He didn't even look at him.
'You weren't willing to take any chances so I_'
In an instant Levi's hands were wrapped around Harrison's neck and he was raised in the air.
'You disobeyed me!' He growled. 'You shall pay with your blood_'
Levi didn't hesitate to forced his claws into Harrison's neck but a groan stopped him.
His attention was moved to Samuelle, she'd sat up rubbing her neck. The bleeding had stopped and she was wincing from her head bump.
She froze when her hand returned with no blood. Levi released Harrison and he fell to the floor coughing.
'What_ wh_wha_what?' She stammered in shock. Levi swiftly moved to her inspecting her non existent wounds, they'd been there.
He held her hand and inspected it, she was healed.
