Austin scurried away from here just to give himself ample space to shift, since he knows that he was undoubtedly going to immerse almost the full height of the room with half of its length. When Safia raised her head and look at Austin, his blue ocean eyes gradually converted into a pure golden eyes until it's swerved into a deeper gold eyes and persisted that way. His smile altered and his canines lengthened. His body earnest forward as fur fought it's way out from the follicles of his skin.
The white fur thrived all over his body through the T-shirt he was wearing. This stunning modification transpired less than a second, but in her eyes that short-period felt like forever to her.
Instead of Austin, it was a huge white lycan. In terms of size the lycan was 10 times bigger than her, almost the same size as an ancient huge elephant. His paws entrenched deeply on the soft maroon bed cover, contradicted with his pure white coloured fur.
Safia didn't realise that she had been clenching his breath all those period. She couldn't take her eyes off, from the most beautiful creature she had ever set her two eyes on before, and one is just standing right within her arm reached.
The lycan whimpered softly when he saw Safia didn't give any reaction and still didn't breathe. He put his snout between his front legs and lowered his body so his size wouldn't intimidate her. Throughout his existence, nothing had ever made him scared before not even a single creature could make that strongest lycan bow his arrogant head. But in front of Safia he did it willing and compliantly.
He moaned once again when Safia was still in her position but he dare not stridden to approach since he didn't know what was running through her mind at that time. He was afraid she would be scared if he stride closer to her.
But his whine this time snapped Safia out of whatever trace she was and focus on the soft worried eyes of the lycan. Even in his Iycan form, she could tell he was worried and waiting for her reaction.
Taking a deep breath while feeling her empty lungs that seem to deplete oxygen. Safia charged herself when she reached out her hand, the lycan look at her hand and her scrunched face back and forth before he closed his eyes. The moment Safia touched his fur the lycan pureed in delight and nudged her hand, encouraging her to do whatever she wanted to. His fur was so soft it was the very softest thing that Safia had ever touched or lay hands on. He was so white and in fact it look like he was the most purest white thing without a single stain. He was as white as Angel's wings. She used both of her hands to stroke his snout, exploring his face, sinking her fingers deeper in his fur which never seem to reached his skin.
Her sudden adventurousness slightly made the lycan shivered. He loved the way she touched him. Slowly and gracefully he stood on his front legs and that made him taller than her. Safia dropped her hand and looked at him strangely. In her eyes, it wasn't a fear but curiosity about what he wanted to do. Austin's lycan put his paws forward as he brought himself closer to her, he nudged her nose that coaxed a smile formed on her lips. The first genuine smile from her made him looked more dazzling then ever.
He nudged her cheeks once again to make the smile last for a little bit longer and it did, it was almost like she was giggling.
Everything looked fine and was in a good mood until the lycan caught a presence of something, or rather someone, who was standing a few meters away from their bed.
His tender golden eyes solidified when he looked over Safia's shoulder as a deep thunderous rumbled burst from his chest. Safia abruptly plunged her hands and trimmed her ears. Austin's roar ravaged the tensed atmosphe in the empty room, shook the ground beneath and sent chills down her spine.
The last thing Safia saw was Austin pounced on to her as her eyes unlocked wide before she abruptly closed them, feared to see the impacts that would happen once a creature with weight roughly 30 times heavier than her smashed her tiny body. However, she only felt the lycans soft fur brushed against her arm when his ferocious roar ruptured his throat. Sofia squatted away from the source of the sound with eyes shut tightly. She crawled down the bed and hobbled away. She didn't really know the direction she headed towards, she stumbled as she was striving to stand up and look at her surroundings frantically.
At that time she heard another defending growls coming from the other side as the door flew open from its hinges and hit against the wall with frightening sound.
Unintentionally Safia caught a side of Austin's lycan and countless of big wolves in different colours which came into her line of sight.
The view terrified her as her heart beat painfully. With sweaty palms Safia reached the hand of the wardrobe and squeezed her trembling tiny body inside, with both hands which looks like they were close in losing their strength she closed the door. Safia buried her head between her knees as she closed her ears trying hard to put her attention elsewhere, but only keep hearing growling and bone cracking sound behind the door. But she couldn't have much of choices as the only thing prominent around her was the darkness she found herself in.
On the other side, the battle between the pure werewolves and the kanimas had ended. All of the kanimas had been dead even before the backup help busted the door. Austin killed those shape-shifters in no time. His eyes were still flickering with fury in the colour of blood. While those creatures had been shedded into thousands of pieces under the white lycan fangs. Blood was dripping down his sharp claws and left some traces over his white fur.
He looked more feral than ever. A mythical creature that had been living on earth since centuries ago.
After everything was over he shifted back into his human form , still his eyes bloodshot red. The rest followed shifting in their human form one after the other. Austin's clothes stained with blood the colour was radiant added with his livid expression. No one dared to talk, as they all had their head lowered in submissive manner. They were even too afraid to drew the attention of the furious man including Lan and kash.
Meanwhile, Austin tore his clothes and threw it aside as he was sniffing the air, he looked at the direction where Safia stayed doing the fight. He didn't want safia to see that side of him, but he couldn't help it when he saw those kanimas who had shifted into wolf form , suddenly standing behind her with their long canines elongated ready to pounce on to her.
The thought of them smashing on Safia made him shuddered with fear and incensed at that same time. Feeling the anger of their Alpha, all of them backed off a few steps away from him.
Austin raised his left hand as though he was calling someone or something.
A little while later, a burning flame appeared on the tips of his fingers as it landed softly and form a bird as big as a falcon with majestic feathers that blooms brightly like a bonfire. This small creature was the famous firebird.
The mystical bird was flying from Austin's finger tips and it flew down to the carcases on the floor. As the bird came back and floated in the air, it was as if it left a dust of fire and burn the remaining of the canimals bodies into ashes.
"So cruel". A grating voice sounded from the back of the small group of lycans. Almost all of them directed their alert eyes towards the source of the voice. It appeared there was a young man with brown eyes and long curly hair that reached his shoulder. He had been standing in front of the large wardrobe behind them. However no one realised his present until he talked but. It seems that, Austin felt something and didn't really care because he thought it may be the scent from those dead kanimas. They tried to sniff the air but their sense picked nothing. It was almost like that man had no sense and that's must be the main reason why he still couldn't guess what he was feeling. Austin stepped forward and growled deeply as his claws extended. He walked without hesitation towards whoever it was.
"You better stay in your steps". He drawled, his eyes were glimmered brightly.
"Or..". He reached out the handle of the wardrobe and was about to open the door when the mystical bird swooped in his direction in lightning speed.
