Chapter 59 - The Lake of Death

Even Eve's words were vague when Venera tried to ask her a little bit about what the dangers of the black lake were.

Venera, who was curious about the Lake of Death, thus sneaked away by making an excuse that she wanted to be alone in the garden that was somewhere close to the Lake of Death.

The little girl hid herself under the scent of flowers and the cover of trees behind the castle before walking further into the south and finally entering some kind of forest full of lush greenery.

The forest was very deep. As the little girl walked further in, she realized that the originally noisy environment had gradually become quieter. The chirping of little birds and insects had gradually disappeared, replaced by the sound of clear water flowing slowly.

It should have been a pleasant and comfortable sound to listen to, but for some reason, listening to it in such a quiet environment at the moment makes the little girl feel very uncomfortable.
