The auction catalogue items were something to wonder about however they didn't look too appealing. The last 3 items were a different story. One of them was a building permit for the area I was in, the second was a property deed, and the last one was a contract. The contract would give someone the sole ownership and possession of a High-Elf. The High-Elf was a princess acquired after they lost a war. She was one of the survivors and the only surviving royal. As all the survivors were forced into signing a soul contract, they all became the winner's property according to the terms set. The High-Elf has a high level affinity for fire, water, earth, wind, space, time, and life. The only downside would be the curse she has. She was Tier 3 however she was cursed to have a weak body. Around 15 minutes later the auction started with a full venue. A human woman with a curvy body with blue eyes and black hair was the auctioneer.
"Hello ladies, gentlemen, or other. Welcome to the Human sector 100 auction. Today we have items that will interest anyone regardless of race, gender, or age! Now then let's start off the auction with a bottle of pills made from the Great Shou alchemist. These pills will help someone break into the 3rd Teir! While the people in the auction down below started to leave. I waited in VIP room 9 for someone to bring me the items I bought. After half an hour someone finally arrived at my room. When I opened it, I found the auctioneer standing there.
"Hello sir, I am here to complete the procedures. Today you bought a skill book for Appraisal for 500,000. Another skill book for Memory for 250,000. A storage ring with 200 cubic meters for 1,000,000. A property set for 5,000,000. Lastly a High-Elf slave with a Soul Contract for 17,500,000. The VIP room cost of 1,000,000 will be returned to you after deducting the 10% fee. So your total comes to 19,350,000 Astral Coins."

She hands me 2 skill books, a black ring that looks like mine however the runes look more complex and complicated. A stack of ownership transfer papers for the property set and High-Elf slave. After I had signed the papers she takes a copy and leaves me with the original. She then leaves the room with the intention of getting my High-Elf slave.
While I wait for her to return I learn the 2 skills I bought. Appraisal and Memory. While some might not see any value in these skill, I see huge untapped potential inside them.

While I start to come up with ideas to use these abilities, the auctioneer returns. She also has someone with her. She had blonde hair with light green eyes, long legs, a modest chest with a perky ass. Her ears were longer than a normal humans. The contract enables me to look into her history from the Astral Codex.

Authors Note:
So I changed a few things about the skills and history.
1. Skill scrolls changes to Skill books
2. History now shows other abilities other than just bloodline abilities.
3. Astral Plane has been moved to Abilities from Bloodline Abilities.
4. On a status if it has a - in front it means down a Tier.
EX-
Tier 3 being with —-F physique, is actually Tier 1 F physique.
5. A=F in the next Tier. With S,SS,SSS, and EX each an increase of rank in the Next Tier.
